overall TERRIBLE first experience. ordered 6pc wings spicy, and regular fries; was first one there before they even opened and i waited over 50 minutes for my order ALONG with my three other friends! (they were serving all the online orders and other people before even making ours.) Absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the roach in the video!!! so disgusting for a place people love and hype up about. NEVER again and do NOT eat here.
went in there today and i drove back home before realizing they didn’t give me my chicken sandwich. about a 25 minute drive so i called and asked they said they were sorry workers were really nice they said they would get there manager on the phone and ask they put me on hold manager wouldn’t answer then they told me to call back in 15 i did they put me back on hold for like another five minutes the manager finally answered and they gave him my number and said he would call me back in 1-3 at this time we started driving back because my boyfriend was very hungry and wanted his sandwich and he doesn’t like eating his fries without his sandwich we finally arrive back at the store it’s been like 15 minutes since they told me the manager was going to call me back so i call the store back they tell me to wait a little longer he never called me my boyfriend just went in to get his chicken sandwich it had been over an hour so his fries were cold they couldn’t even give us another fries management doesn’t seemed to care the workers in the store were actually nice and the man i spoke with on the phone seemed as he was trying to help us the most he could needs new management
I have never been to a Wing Stop before. I had a simple order of a chicken sandwich with the original hot sauce on it. I went to the location at Radio and Santa Barbara.
I'm not quite sure how to be even remotely enthusiastic about the experience. The service was not great, the food took too long to prepare and the end product was one of the worst sandwiches I've had. I feel like you need the pickles to cut a little bit of the heat but they were just put on in one big pile rather than spread around the sandwich, and the original sauce is cooked into the breading and tasted like burned, salty Tabasco sauce.
As mentioned, I have not ordered anything else and I am simply reviewing the chicken sandwich.
We hadn’t ordered from here for over 2 years because the last experience of wings (bone in) was so BAD. I took a chance and tried again (boneless) today. Young lady that took my order, she was very nice. Boneless wings (20, 4 flavors, 2 sauces) SUCKED! Dry, salty, mostly horrible breading, very little chicken. I asked for blue cheese sauce, not sure what we got. So much for satisfying a craving today. We will not make this mistake again EVER.
Placed an order for delivery the order came incorrect. We received wings we didn't order and wings we did order were not correct. When I spoke with someone at the store they were unhelpful and asked that we call back in 10 minutes because there were only 3 people working and couldn't help us . I would stay far away from this wingstop location very unprofessional in handling this order. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Update,
I just received a call back from the manager at wingstop and the doordash driver grabbed the wrong order and our bag says the name the manager said. Wingstop has refunded us and I'm contacting doordash to get a refund from them. Thank you wingstop for resolving this matter.
It's really not that bad. Everyone is rating this place like it's meant to be a sit-down resturaunt - I order online everytime for years now and they have never missed any of my items or screwed up the order. Food is always warm and good. If you go in, yes it's going to be slow because it's small, staffed by kids, and they're trying to fill all the online orders (it's 2024, why are you walking into wing stop to place an order??). And yes, like almost every other business in the Berkshire commons plaza, it is rinky dink so don't expect a pristine experience. This isnt the Chik Fil A in north naples, you know full well youre going to a wing joint in Golden Gate. For what they are, this Wingstop does a really good job and the hate is ridiculous. Leave these people alone
This place is okay, I guess. I waited over 45 min on the couple of times I've been here, all different times. It's not worth the wait when your food is not hot.. If they fix that, I think it'll be better food but won't be going back to this place.
Paid online, Wingstop took my money but refused to give me my order, blaming a “bank issue” even though the payment was already processed. They kept the money and left me with nothing. Absolutely untrustworthy—don’t waste your time or money here!
