I was hesitant of ordering from here because of the reviews but I really wanted Wingstop so took a chance. My order was ready on time (for pick up). I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. My wings and fries were cooked perfectly and my blue cheese dip was full. I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back.
Almost everytime I come something is wrong with my order or I wait 30+ minutes. I called and complained about burnt Frys and half full ranch they offered to remake my meal and when I arrived to pick it up no one knew what I was talking about and the woman who figured it out was rude and very short with me.
Poorly ran, I walked in waiting for them to come to the counter and waited 3 mins. She asked me if I had an online offer or place an order. I told her I’m here to place an order and she processed to tell me it will be a minute before they can get to me. She is in the middle of working on people orders with no gloves on, and her cell phone rang and answers it while messing with foods. It wasn’t a business call for the way she is talking on the phone. Do not recommend, take your hard earned money else where
I would not recommend anything from this location, time and time again I've been disappointed & this will be our very last visit EVER. THE WINGS WERE A BIT UNDERCOOKED, THE FRIES WERE BASICALLY BURNED & NOT EATABLE THE CARROTS WERE THE ONLY THING THAT TASTED "OK" ???? JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ALREADY..…
I order this on Uber eats 1-2 times a week and have seriously never been disappointed. My entire order is always correct. As well as everything always being hot and fresh. They have the most seasoned wings I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend this location!
We got a wing combo with fries. Fries were over seasoned so we asked for new fries with less seasoning. A lady came out with our new fries with no seasoning and slammed the fries on the table as I said thank you. She said nothing and stormed off. We told her, excuse me but we said thank you. She said I heard you and we said it is customary to say you are welcome. She looked at us and said she didn’t have to say anything. I spoke with Patty the manager at the store # 1012 and she told me that she would talk to her which she acted like she really didn’t care. Tasha needs to learn customer service and learn to be nice. We are paying customers and you are hurting your business by being rude. I am calling the corporate offices and sending an email about this situation. It’s no wonder the reviews are so poor and the consensus is it’s with the customer service.
This place is always a mess so I stopped coming here. But being pregnant with cravings I decided to take a chance. I ordered delivery today and the order was wrong. I ordered the boneless lemon pepper(dry rub) and got some sauce flavour that is absolutely horrible instead of the dry rub, this happens every time I ordered here. The large seasoned fries were more like an extra small portion that was cold and unseasoned. Still a disappointment.
New to the Area we were looking for a place to eat. I was craving Wingstop, but was hesitant to order from this place because of the reviews. I said I’m going to take my chances but I do got to say everybody’s experiences obviously always different. The food was on point. The fries were on point. Everything was on point. Thank you!
