I recently ordered from this location and had a great experience. Victor the manager made sure my order got out pretty quickly, and all the employees greeted you so kindly. They made conversation, and were very down to earth. Victor took a lot of pride in every order I saw go out while waiting on mine. The location is very clean, the bathrooms, tables, drink station. I made a to go order online and expected to wait a while but the manager kindly told me he will have it out in no time. One thing that I thought was great, was by the drink station they have a handicap button selection so if someone cannot stand up it is still user friendly! This is the nicest location for wing stop I have ever been to, from the cleanliness, to the order times, the employees, and the overall atmosphere.
I recommend trying this location, and if you have any issues ask for Victor and he will make it right!
Wings were delicious. Jose was great at taking my order. I had Original hot, Louisiana rub, and Lemon pepper. Nowhere to sit. Only 3 tables available. One being used for employees on break. Customers next to me brought their own outside drinks. Had to sit against wall next to restroom. Restroom was dirty.
For the 2nd time this location left me with missing items in my online order for self pickup. They also gave me two 8 piece wings combo instead of the 10 I ordered. Then to top it off, they gave me the worst fries I have ever had. Super soggy and nasty. I was too livid to even go back to the resturant and ask for a return. Never coming to this establishment ever again.
It's always been a hit-or-miss situation with Northpark WingStop. But, recently it's been a HARD MISS everytime. Anything from No Fries in the bag, unseasoned fries, unseasoned wings, poorly cooked wings (dangerous) to order completely not prepared the way you ordered online or otherwise. AND the order took waaayy past stated time on a Tuesday night! I'm not trying to be petty, but for a $35+ order I should've enjoyed more than the dip.
Ordered my wings extra crispy and they were just how i asked delicious will be coming back.. worth the wait
I usually eat here a few times a month after a long day at work. It’s my favorite cheat meal! I’m usually helped by Ben who is super helpful and charming. I love this wing stop and it’s only 7 mins from my house. I love wing stop especially this location! My food is always right and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need
wings were fine, fries were underdone, when I went back to ask if they could be like cooked more or sum the guy, Jose, picked a fry out with his ungloved hand and said "they're okay to me, but I'll cook em again" in a real like rude way. like I brought them in cause I didn't think they were cooked the way they should've been, I didn't need him to give me an attitude about it for no reason, they literally could've told me no I would've preferred that instead of him touching my fries and being rude about it. the manager or guy at the front was cool tho, didn't get his name.
Just ordered the "dry" parmesan boneless wings and through them in the trash. Wings are sitting in a pool of grease and the fries are also soaked with grease and under cooked. I don't think they have the fryer hot enough
