Disgusting, asked for wings to be cooked crispy because they love serving you a soggy wing. Got Louisiana rub which was drinched in oil. Called to speak to a manager he wants to argue about how he likes his wings cooked when I paid over 40 dollars for nasty soggy wings when I ordered a dry rub.
2nd time doing take out to give another chance. I ordered all of my food to be WELL DONE . And
Ordered extra fry seasoning as well. Didn’t get any of my food well done or extra fry seasoning on fries. Hardly got any at all. Food was ice cold as well. Fries were mushy soggy and cold. NASTY!!! Not ordering from here anymore since you can’t serve fresh food and follow simple instructions!
Man this place is awesome now. Everyone was attentive, fast, professional, and the place was clean. Got my 20PC wing meal in 5 minutes, I also did the survey and got a free brownie. I haven’t ate here since 2022 because back then it was TERRIBLE. I will start coming back here again!
First and foremost, I normally read reviews before I go into an establishment. Upon walking in, I noticed the door was (simply put) dirty. I walked in while waiting to be seen after the cashier couldn’t seem to take care of a previous customer for whatever reason. I waited 20 minutes to place a crew dinner order, which consisted of 30 wings bone in and fries. An hour later, patiently waiting, I received my food. Never in my life have I ever seen a “TIP CUP” that read “THE STRUGGLE IS REAL”???? Why??? Let me also mention the carelessness of the cashier that I wish not to disclose, but had to tell her to correct her actions and I am just a customer. ???????????? The staff needs to be retrained and the place needs a thorough cleaning. I won’t be back even though the wings were fresh and actually tasted good. My fries were cold but the carrots and celery was also fresh.
Ordered 20 bone-in wings, paid for ranch & did not receive. Asked for the wings to be crispy & not.

Ordered Louisiana fries, okay! Paid for honey mustard, did not receive. Not sure what is the employees motive stealing peoples money and not giving people what they pay for. By doing that you are losing money and business while putting money in a franchise pockets. How lame. Know how to read an order.
Wingstop has really gone down. I ordered 50 wings all flats fried hard to take to a pool party. I get there and the wings are super super soggy. They were practically wasted because no one wanted to eat them. This order cost me $81. I called the store the next day and complained about my order. A manager name Tiffany told me she would give me 2 combos for free for my inconvenience. She said she would put them in the "book".
I return to the store to collect on my free combos and was told no way buddy. Another manager said that I needed the receipt from that order and she doesn't see my name in their "book".
Wingstop doesn't care about their customers.

I ordered via doordash and it took them forever to prepare my food to the point that I had to have a second dasher pick up the order because the first one left. The food was cold, they sent the wrong dressing and they didn't even put my french fries in an enclosed container. I will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars, I would!
I truly hate doing this but I just had the worst customer service experience of my life. The manager Leonardo at 2911 Chapel Hill Rd Ste 235, Douglasville, GA 30135 is the RUDEST person ever. Not only was he talking about other customers to me at the register…. I saw him go from the register (dealing with money/cards) straight to the kitchen and dropped my corn in the grease with his BARE hands! He then proceeds to get an attitude with me about wanting a new batch of corn and continues on to tell me that they don’t use gloves… when I CLEARLY saw a gentleman handling the chicken with gloves. After having an attitude and getting smart with me, I tell him that his customer service is terrible…. He then goes on to tell ME (me the customer) that MY customer service is terrible? How is my service terrible and I’m the customer? I then see another employee place corn in my bag.. I asked a simple question “this isn’t the corn you dropped right?” He got so upset and got so loud with me and asked “DID I WANT THE CORN” he dropped?! At that point I was disgusted and ready to go. After I got my items… I asked him did you put my ranch in the bag… he then goes on to say “I DONT KNOW DID YOU CHECK” with an attitude… I checked and noticed that he gave me 1 when I paid for 2. I told him. He then goes on to say.. “Let me check your ticket and see if you PAID for 2.” He walks off.. CHECKS the ticket then places my ranch on the counter while my bag is open and hand is out. RUDE. I have never been treated so poorly when spending my money. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning for sanitary concerns as well as service complaints.
