The WORST wing stop location. Got to any other location except them! I’ve given this location so many chances because they are near my house but they are honestly terrible.
I made my order on uber eats. Called up to the restaurant and everything and they still got it wrong!
If you want soggy fries with no seasoning on the wings or fries go here. They like never season the fries or cook them. Wings barely have seasoning it’s like they’re trying to save money or something and skimp us. I hate this location and if you’re serious about the quality of your wings and fries DO NOT GO HERE! I got lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning and fries with extra seasoning.
This is the worst Wingstop that I have ever been to. The food I got was atrocious. My fries were mostly hard and cold. I ordered lemon pepper wings and there was barely any lemon pepper seasoning on it. I made sure to ask if the fries would be made fresh and I was assured that they would be. They were not! I am so irritated because Wingstop is not cheap. Either way, I'll be contacting corporate next because this is unacceptable. My first and last time there! They also need to clean up the place. The counter was so dusty.
I come here all the time and you guys just played me again. You guys might just need to hire the night time crew for day because the slack is real. My fries were cold and there was no seasoning on my lemon pepper wings and hardly any sauce on my hot wings. The staff is always nice but like…make the food fresh idk.
Food was not worth the price paid. Look like it had been ready for a while. Soggy fries, best ranch and blue cheese dressings. how to throw the fries in my air fryer for a little bit, but mine, lemon pepper, chicken wings were good.
Moving to McKinney, I was thrilled to find a Wingstop less than two miles away! However, it's like pulling teeth to get my husband to go to Wingstop. But THIS Wingstop is sooo good, he actually said he would go back anytime. Fortunate for me!
I love the bone-in, lemon pepper oil and seasoning. I always ask for extra and once again, they made my order to perfection. My husband loves bone-out, honey bbq. We ordered the sugar sprinkled fries and they were HOT and fresh. I like to dip them in The Wingstop Ranch dressing. And, if you haven't tried their corn on the cob sprinkled with hot spice, it's a must-try! I'm shocked my husband loves the spiced corn on the cob as his hot pepper tolerance level, is "Not too hot". But on a scale from 1 to 5, he rates the spiced corn cob at 3. He says it's not "Hotter 'n hell" - it's zingy."
And of course, we always order a side of veggies: celery & carrots with The Wingstop Ranch dressing.
Another wonderful lunch experience for us.

Sauce was an orange pool at the bottom of the tray. Wings were just bathing - mainly because sauce was that runny it wouldn't stick to the chicken
Wings themselves were rough, skin was soggy and chewy, looked like they'd been boiled rather than fried or cooked in an oven. Had about 4 bites and decided against potential food poisoning.
Extra Well done fries - now if these were well done then i hate to see normal...over half were still hard and had the raw potato taste....other half were dark and limp.
The lot went in the trash....
Total waste of money and highly recommend you go anywhere else....literally anywhere.
I love this place I go here every other day and the store overall has very friendly new people

Ordered 30 boneless wings online. Got 30 bone-in. It's too late to fix it now. Got Whataburger instead.
This isn't the first time. Next time, it's Buffalo Wild Wings instead.
