The food here is all very good, my favorite flavor would be the original hot or the Korean sauce. I ordered 75 wings here of various flavors, and it was ready for me at the exact time I ordered it to be. The price is pretty good considering how much wings cost nowadays. I like that with large orders you can mix and match bone in and boneless. The servers are very friendly and attentive to all your questions. I will be back many times!
Ordered 35 wings and a sanwhich all combos. Waited about 45 minutes to be made. When we got home everything was fresh. Diabetics beware there is sugar in their fry seasoning. Everything tasted good didn't really have a wow factor. Mom got hawaiian, son got mango habanero, hubby got Korean BBQ, and I got the bbq sandwich. Nothing was dry even the sandwich. The tea dispenser was pretty ????. Hubby still prefers Asian yummy wings to this place.....
Bad experience from the time I walked in the door. Waited while the girl at the register dealt with an online order. Two registers one girl. Ordered wings and did not have the adverts used sauce.
Changed sauce. It wasn’t made right. Can’t be. It did not hold together.
Employees seem to not care about the business. Very American to work for money and then not produce quality.
Get home and open the order to find under cooked spongy wings with watery sauce. Fries with an employees hair in it.
Thought wow maybe york has a better wing place than the others. Nope back to typical food waste style restraints in york pa.
I’m usually pretty kind and understanding but regional and corporate should shut it down.
Nightmare. They forgot several parts of our order, then refused to bring them or refund the order and the managers are beyond rude. The female night manager I spoke with (told us her name was Jay?) wouldn’t even apologize and literally said to me “it’s not my fault”, blaming her employees. And hung up on us after escalating it. For the record, I don’t even care about forgetting some things or can only do so much to fix it, but when you won’t even be kind or take responsibility for your brand, it’s ridiculous.
Avoid at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever received at any Wingstop 1000%.
EDIT: The manager Diane made it right when calling the next day and remade the order for us. She’s a wonderful manager. She understood how unnecessary it was the previous night and she did everything she could to make it right.
First time trying wing stop and it was horrible I ordered

They gave me plain wings instead of mild and never gave me the fries.
My other order was a 3 pc tenders , fries and drink. The tenders were really good but they forgot my drink and fries for that one to.
I went back in and told them I was missing 2 orders of fries and a drink so they gave it to me I get back home and my fries both of them were so crispy I had to go to mc donalds to get fries bc my 1 and 3 year old couldn't even eat them. I would never go to this location again
I dont know what the bug deal is with WingStop but i went here to try the wings fries corn and the chicken sandwich they got and food overall i give them a .1/10 why? Simple Almost no flavor on wings, sandwich was dry and salty, speaking of salty The Fries Had More Salt To The Point You Have To Shake Them Before Eating Them, Corn Had almost no taste other than the season and still salty, with all that salt they put on the fries the ocean is no match for this place, Will Never Return And DONT RECOMENDED TO ANYONE ELSE????????
Having to wait 2-2.5 hrs is ridiculous. Was told I can order online to avoid the wait but on the website online ordering is unavailable. They need to run better service !
Edit: 12/24/22 - I was able to place my order on the phone after being told before they don’t take orders over the phone. Was told it was a 30 minute wait, ended up waiting for an hour and food still wasn’t ready. Looking at the reviews of how the chicken wasn’t all the way done, I asked for mines to get made extra crispy and the chicken still tasted not all the way done. Flavor wise; the hickory bbq 8/10 , Korean bbq 6/10, garlic parm 2/10 (barely have flavor) and Carolina bbq 5/10. I couldn’t even finish eating everything because it didn’t taste cooked enough.
I love the food at wing stop but I hate that you always get told on the app 16-25 mins wait… then you’re waiting “3-5 business days” for your food. No but seriously you get told 25 mins and you have to wait over an hour OR MORE for your food. Literally no matter how busy it is. I’ve been in there when it’s dead and have like 8 workers… somehow I still wait an hour.
They really need to get some better workers and management in this store if they can’t handle getting orders done in a timely manner.
