The food is not the best I ordered boneless chicken meal Louisiana flavor and I got a tray with nuggets full of Tabasco sauce taste more like vinegar and the fries extremely salty,soggy and burnt at the tips in fact all the food was salty.I ordered the same in Torrance CA location it was so much better
The girls were very nice I given the 5star customer service is very good
I love hot wings. Actually, I love anything spicy and chicken combined. I’d say that this Wing Stop joint is solid in terms of how they cook wings. I was actually quite excited for the Atomic wings because of all the challenge videos I’ve seen on YouTube. Im not sure if this joint is maybe being nice to customers for their health. But Atomic Wings weren’t as spicy as I thought (as you can see from the photo that I ate with El Yucateco, my favorite). But I’d say that because the base is so solid, it indeed is very nice with hot sauce combined!
The food took over an hour to be made. My sister and I had placed online orders at home (hers prepaid and mine paid in store) and were given an estimated time of 16-20 minutes on the online receipt. We got there 20 minutes after placing our orders, checked in, and then waited another 40 minutes. We don't know if the online time estimate was the issue or if our ticket just got lost in the cookline, but all we know is we wasted 40 extra minutes of our night not knowing when our food would be done as people before and after us in line got their orders. Was a busy night so I cut them some slack, but annoyed by the online order telling us to get there way too early.
They take a long time to finish your order, especially for small orders like how does it take almost an hour for 20 wings I’ve seen them make more wings for others for half the time. And the parking sucks, always stuff going on there
As you can see my lemon pepper wings were plain no seasoning. I ordered hot wings with Parmesian seasoning and they didn't add the Parmesian and my Louisiana wings had no seasoning either. I spent over $58!
They gave me some greasy food and this is very unhealthy, they are sooooooo lazy, they have strainers why so much grease, fries salty, bbq has sooooooooo much grease mixed with the sauce
Our fries were just salty burnt tips.... asked an employee and manager for replacement, and was told NO!!
POOR PEOPLE SKILLS.

Love how they stay open late. Always stop by for my night shift lunch time break.
