This location is notorious for poor service. Walked in to order today and was told that they were not taking walk-in orders. Really? Maybe they should change their name to online only wingstop. If you're that backed up, why isn't the manager hiring more people? Maybe they should increase wages. Whatever it takes, Cane's and Chick-fil-A never have an issue with service during high volume times.
The tiny amount of dry seasoning they had put on my wings were washed away in the pool of oil they left in the containers. The few sauced wings I got tasted watered down? Who waters down buffalo sauce it was so bland and liquidy. Also they might as well have boiled these wings bc they were so under fried, pale, and just a soggy mess.
I visit this Wingstop frequently because they consistently offer great service with friendly staff, accurate orders, and minimal wait times. However, for the past couple of months, a woman and her young daughter have been selling items outside the restaurant. While I respect their hustle, being asked to buy something every time I visit is starting to detract from the overall experience.
People come here to enjoy their food and move on with their day, not to be solicited repeatedly. I believe this could eventually discourage other customers as well. It would be great if management could address this issue to maintain the positive experience that makes this Wingstop stand out.
The price is a little high for me, but their food is always top notch! You’ve GOT to try the fries!!! I ordered a small boneless combo with lemon pepper and Hawaiian flavors and both were cooked to perfection! Each flavor is so distinct and delicious!!! Not a long wait when we just walked in and very friendly staff!
Was sad when the last location closed and glad the new location would be closer to where I lived but service has gone down. Food is great, like all Wingstops, and is the reason I keep giving in and ordering here hoping things have improved.
If you order online, add 1 hour to the estimated time it will be ready. If you order in store, find somewhere to walk around for an hour and a half. It’s like they cook one order at a time, I just can’t believe the wait times.
The workers seem to be doing what they can but need a manager there teaching and directing and helping them at least. Maybe lunch is different but don’t order during dinner. I thought going on a weeknight would be faster than a weekend since they’d have fewer people ordering but it still took just as long.
And some notes for the store (if you even read these) , if you’re waiting on one last thing for someone dining in, don’t wait to send that out so that everything is room temp except for that one item. People will be happier to wait for a basket of fries if the rest of the food is at the table and hot. And if it’s going to take forever at least have the order correct.
Not sure what’s going on at this location but service has went downhill. Food tastes fine, customer service is not it. I walk in and I just get nasty looks and blank stares from the staff. Not a word is said until I say something. Restaurant is fairly clean but usually there is a mess. Another thing is that my order is almost always wrong but I don’t have time to wait another 30 minutes before getting it wrong a second time. Not to mention I ask for ranch in my order and I always get blue cheese ranch as if they refuse to make it or just don’t have any nor bother to ask if I want a different sauce. This location needs a serious makeover. I’m going to a different location from now on whether I have to travel far or not.
to be honest this is the best Wingstop in Shreveport/bossier. I order ahead of time for sure like 30mins+ before I actually go to pick it up due to them being super busy, I understand they are hard working employees probably not being taken care of correctly by the company, but they treat me very well and they always smile at me and greet me with great customer service. There’s a few employees that are my FAVORITE. highly recommend this location. ????
Update 9/2/2023 I tried them again and y’all look at my wings I even try to put them in the air fryer . Idk what this is

And the manager SIMONE never came to the phone put me on hold so I hung up because my newborn started to cry ! Then went back today and they didn’t have my order . The lady who took my order was rude . The manager Simone never came to the phone after waiting 20 plus mins of trying to get it solved. Ooo yeah I only know her name because I called on the other line and someone picked up right away and I asked and just hung up . Shreveport bossier has the worst customer service . Lousy lousy lousy … I just wanted to have some food while I finally got my new born to sleep . That’s all I wanted . I message corporate hopefully they will have customer service
Update i Returned this 2-27-23 and they did not give me my extra 5-piece wings i did not even bother to call them ! The place is FULL OF MY PEOPLE AND WE NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER OKKK
