This location is always messing up my order.
PSA: If you order carry out, check your order very well before you leave. In one visit I waited over 30 mins. for my order. They made my wings wrong the first batch, when I ordered a half and half order. They said they were gonna fix it. When they handed me the remake I assumed it would be right, so I didn’t recheck my order. When I got home only half my order was correct. Always double check your order when ordering wings from this location. Plus the wings were a bit over cooked and dry, only half were cooked just right.
So disappointed with this location. We spent over $50 and they right out refuse to give a cup for water!! This is the FIRST time I have been refused a cup for water at wingstop or any other restaurant. We were here with 2 kids and it didn’t make sense to pay for a drink when all they wanted was water.
The server was so rude and clearly didn’t give a shit! The colony location is most def better service and better people! I would rather make a drive there than come here again!
Nicole is the team leader at this location and she has made the service and food prep FANTASTIC! She is soft spoken, courteous and a real go-getter! Thanks Nicole for making our Wings perfect every time!
My online pickup order wasn't ready until an hour after I placed it. Waited in the restaurant for over 35 minutes and watched more than a dozen people pickup their food. There was another person there before I even showed up waiting for their food as well and I got mine before them somehow. When I got home, my order wasn't correct. Joke of an establishment. They made a fool out of me so I share my experience that others don't have to waste their time and money like I did.
Love this wingstop! This location always gets our order right. There’s a new girl working the register and she’s great! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Definitely recommend this wingstop over all others in the area. The food is always fresh and they never mess up our order.
Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich while a group of 3 that ordered after me almost instantly got their food….Definitely won’t be back to this location. Gave one star because the food was actually good and fresh.
I have been to this location about a dozen times last year or two. I do not remember anytime that they have messed up my order. I usually go towards dinner time and almost at closing time too, but never really had a huge order mistake or bad service.
Maybe I been lucky and/or the night shift crew is on top of their job compared to earlier shift, but really don’t understand all the low/bad reviews.
Too much talking and high-fiving amongst staff. I waited 30 mins for my order and was disappointed when i got home to find that they had messed up my flavor choices -- I had to wash my wings to get rid of the super spicey wet sauce coz i had ordered a dry rub seasoning. I will not recommend to family or friends. Go across the street on Hebron to the burger joint instead-- they serve wings there too. Zero stars given here.
