Order is always ready the minute you come through the door. The app has one little difficult negotiation in that you try to add an order to your basket, but you are required to pick a sauce before you can put anything in there. The good news is the sauces are excellent!
I recently visited Wingstop and was impressed by Mario's exceptional service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great menu recommendations. Despite the busy atmosphere, Mario ensured our order was perfect, frequently checking in and offering extras without being asked. His attention to detail and customer care made our experience memorable. Mario's dedication truly enhanced our visit, making this Wingstop a must-visit. Highly recommend!
Customer service here is terrible. The girl at the front is rude and acts like she owns the place. We were charged over $60 for a meal we never received. We ordered and waited over 30 minutes, only to be told that they were still waiting to make our fries. After they told us that, the rude girl began to cook our fries. We asked for a refund because of how slow they were, considering there was only one other customer inside. I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue.
Employees are super nice and helpful. Mario in the front is super sweet and kind. Effrin was super helpful as he was able to recommend ways to save a buck or too when it came to the deals. Overall great experience
I ordered the Chicken sandwich (Original hot sauce) with fries and a drink. The fries were delicious and crispy. The only downside was that the chicken was super thin.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Not only did our order take over 20 minutes to get to us and spend over $50 to have missing items... this is what I got when I looked at my wings. I was concerned by the look of it so I started to take the skin off and realized that those were indeed FEATHERS still on the FRIED WING. They kept saying someone would get in contact with me regarding the FRIED FEATHERS ON MY WING and no one ever did. I gave them weeks and multiple opportunity to make the situation better but they didn't bother. I still feel sick and uneasy after this whole experience
Best wings ever Original Lemon are the besttt….Customer service here is awesome they all greeted me and made me feel welcomed I asked for well done fries and I received exactly what I asked for that another plusssss will definitely be comming back soon Thank you Wingstop for having the best flavor wings. And also the best customer service.
