Best WLM Reviews
I placed a carryout order and I forgot to request extra lemon pepper sauce. I called and spoke with Malachi, I asked for the extra sauce. I also requested my wings to be fried soft. He totally understood the assignment. kudos Malachi! My four-year-old daughter stated she had the best chicken ever. I called the store to thank him, again. Great customer service skills.
This 5 star review goes to the staff! They work really hard. They hustle to get your orders out. Guys I appreciate you! This location is super busy on weekends, specially for dinner time. I waited a long time, but the order was fresh when I got it and tasted good. The management is friendly and respectful. I do order often, specially on weekends, but plan ahead and order in advance online.
I don't know what was going on last night at this location around 5:00 pm November 24th, I ordered Hawaiian 15 piece chicken wings in My plate had little bits of plastic pieces inside of it. I ordered the honey barbecue, so the wings were already wet which made the plastic pieces stick to the chicken wings. I ate the first bite which a piece got stuck in my throat I didn't think nothing of it, but when I bit into my second one and I got the same result I instantly felt sick and spit it out and turns out they're a little bits of plastic pieces in my plate. I also had a random fry and boneless piece. Which lets me to believe this place is not organized and not very clean. I will not be placing an order at this location absolutely disgusted.
Bad customer service.. It took like 45 minutes just to get my food order.. The place was dirty the workers were dirty. The floor was very greasy I almost went down to the floor.. They don’t provide trash can.. So you’re looking around like where do I put my trash at?? I would never eat at this place again
i’ve ordered from here twice while visiting and both times have been terrible. they forgot my RANCH last time. this time, they forgot my cheese fries and corn.charged extra just to get nothing lol. i also threw up hours later
They were rude and gave me the completely wrong order they need to be shut down only one of the employees were nice
Omg this service was completely horrible.
The food was all cold. The fries were soggy and old and wings came out cold like if they purposely let it sit on the counter to get cold. I sat In there waiting for my food I can hear the employees complaining back there. They refuse to take phone orders and I don’t understand how this place is still open!!!! Like how is the owner allowing this to continue. Does he not care about his business??? I’m calling cooperate on this one. What an embarrassment for the Wingstop franchise!!!
Wait times are too long, during the rush what seemed to be manager or experienced employees went on break instead of helping their staff while they struggled . Causing the long waits, the food is always great though.
