Ordered upon arrival! There was an 18 minute wait to have everything fresh.
The chicken sandwich was pretty good! The wings were fried good, but could've been a little crisper for my liking! The garlic in them is basically flavorless, though. That would be my only real complaint.
The fries were seasoned, and I wasn't disappointed with them.
Gabriel and the staff at the Deptford NJ location are amazing! Gabriel helped us over the phone with a missing item and was so prompt, professional and friendly that we came back and ordered more food in the same week. Real customer service is almost non existent in food service anymore, so his treatment towards us was super refreshing and appreciated!
They deserve negative stars. Waited an extra half hour for our food. Half of the order was missing and they were rude when I told them. We waited 15 minutes and I asked were was our food, they started saying racial slurs at me in front of all the other customers... including children. So I asked for a refund and another employee started accusing my wife of lying. Completely unacceptable! This place should be shut down.
We decided to try this wing stop since we have not visited 1 in years. Well, let us say it was our 1st and last time going to this Wing Stop. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to ask us to place an order. We started to wonder if we had to place online because most of the staff just looked at us and kept listening to music and on their phones. So, we finally placed our order and were told about 15-20mins..it was more like 35mins...Which was ok.but, we were hoping that they were taking longer than expected because they were making sure our order was hot and accurate ???????? Not !!! They forgot our fried corn gave us cheese on our fries and didn't ask for that. They also forgot to give us our veggies and no sauces given and no flavor on our Parmesan wings..All the wings were just plain no taste and dry..Never again, I think the problem is they have all these young workers that don't want to work and are just there to get paid to listen to music and be on their phone not do their job, from what I saw from being there for about 45mins .I give them negative 0…. It's a Hard Noo for us..We will not return
Wings were delicious! Pricing is decent! Music was too loud. Dining room not super clean! And fries aren’t very good. They were dry.
Employees were incredibly unprofessional, rude and downright aggressive. The cashier cut me off multiple times when ordering, apparently there's a specific way to order in their head and every time I went off script they would get increasingly irate with me. Kitchen staff weren't any better just yelling my name 3 times with no indication where to pick up my order, and when someone finally told me where to get my food, they loudly muttered how stupid I must be. I have complained to customer service and they have been incredibly condescending about the whole ordeal.
Placed an order for carry out, I showed up dead center of the 5 minute window it said the order would be ready by. I wouldn't mind an extra 5ish minutes, but I was told it would be another 30 for the order to be ready.
Decided to cancel, another customer next to me decided to cancel too. Then it was another 10 minutes to cancel the order because the person on register was new and didn't know the process. All the other employees just kept saying one minute while the line got longer and longer.
It was the same issue the first and time I tried this location months ago. Zero improvement in service. Will never attempt to order from this location again.
I see a-lot of people complaining about bad service. They all seem to be expecting fast food. This place cooks to order for the most part it seems. Don’t expect crispy chicken in 5 min after you ordered.
I went to this location for the first time at 8pm on a Friday (walk-in).
I ordered 1 combo and 1 sandwich. I waited about 15 min (to be expected with cook to order establishments). Within that 15 min I watched the staff service 5-7 massive take out orders and a large walk-in order. I received my full order. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was looking for.
The staff was vibing, there was a good movie on the tv and they were playing some music in the kitchen. They looked like they were having fun at work while business was booming. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Ill be back.
Only mistake made was I didn’t order the atomic sauce on my sandwiches. If you really like spice, the original hot may not be enough for you.
