My order wasn’t correct, the bags leaked too much oil into my car that I had to clean up, and for the life of me can’t understand why there’s so much oil in the veggies. I’m spending $60 for a mess in my car, veggies that cause a heart attack and disappointment for my family. This wasn’t my first time at this location and been disappointed but it will definitely be my last.
Ordered a large order and was not delivered. There’s not even a manager on duty to approve a remake of the order or refund until the next business day. The shift lead can’t make any decisions to run the business. Why have a shift lead and if they can’t do anything why leave the business running with no manager.
Ordered online at 4pm, dasher got there and order was not ordered per the staff. DoorDash contacted location and was told order was ready. Dasher said they were very rude and that they still didn't have the order. Contacted DoorDash again, who contacted again. Was told that they just received the order and would be ready soon. Dasher left and had to wait a while for another dasher to get order (an hour and a half after initial placingof order). Ordered 20 piece boneless. It was very hard, over cooked, and not very "sauced".

I wish the chicken would be drier and less oily when it came out but I believe it was because they were having a lot of customers
Counter lady yelled at me for asking about my order after I had been waiting for way past the time it was first done because the order was wrong is not my problem but raising your voice at a customer. I was never rude at any point and held my tongue. But I immediately posted the review so they could see how it made me feel in their establishment.
I had ordered boneless wings and I guess the worker named “karen” got it wrong no worries but the thing was Is that when she went to the back she started shit talking about me because she was showing her other workers the receipt and she was flinging it in the air like as if I was the one the who made the mistake on ordering wings when simply she should’ve payed more attention and double checked , workers shit talk a lot over something so little , very unprofessional, they cough on your food ,small portions of food compared to other wing stops
I don't know how they're still in business. The chicken wings were dry. My child's boneless were dry and overcooked. It's white meat for God's sake
It doesn't take long to fry white meat. The fries had too much salt. I will NEVER go back!!
Ordered 10pcs corn for my kids. Ordered online at 5:15. Come there at 6:15 but they still not ready for my order. Wait more than 30mins to get my order. Just 10pcs corn. WTH THIS STORE DOING
