$50 for 10 bone in wings, 5 BBQ tenders, fries and carrots and a large drink with 2 ranches. picked it up as soon as I got the text it was ready I LITERALLY live 3min away and the food is literally freezing cold and my "tenders" are incredibly small only one of them is the size of a normal tender.
Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering from this location.
We received our order 30 minutes after the anticipated time.
When we got home 20 wings out of our 30 piece order were full of feathers, hair and all of it was cold.
The manager on duty when I called is named Elizabeth, she refunded my money with no questions asked and did not require me to return the wings to the store. It appeared that this was something she has heard before.
I asked just out of curiosity what the protocol was for cleaning the wings and she stated she wasn’t sure, she apologized for not knowing the answer to my question and then said “if you don’t receive a refund in 7-10 days call the store back and they might be able to give you a cash refund. WHAT?!!
I will not be ordering from this location again!
McDonald’s got better service than this dumpster fire. That says something. Said I wasn’t ready, proceeds to interrupt me multiple times while me and my lady trying to figure out what to pick. Then just out of know where asks “name for the order” wonder if there manager was asleep during the shift
Okay, I have no issue with the taste of the food but this location seriously needs to do better quality control. For the 3rd time ordering from them since July, I’ve found feathers still attached to the chicken. The first 2 times it was only a small feather or two but this time, there are several long feathers hanging onto the wing. How is it possible that the cook didn’t see this?! Or maybe they did and decided to serve it anyway. Either way, this will be my last time ordering from this location. This was a complete turn off. I’ve never had this happen any other place I’ve ordered wings from.
Wait time says 16-21 minutes it takes 1+ hr to get your food, girls jus stand around and talk. Please adjust the times if it’s gonna take this long everytime. Don’t need to be hearing the employees business and watch them eat fries while packing my food
Just had our first meal here, with the wife and kids. Staff was friendly, food was very delicious. My son and I split the meal for 2 which came with 15 wings, a large fries, and two drinks. I got mango habanero and he got Louisiana rub and we both really enjoyed them. The fries were very good as well. My wife got the small 6 piece which i believe also came with a small fries and drink. She ordered her wings hot and also really liked them alot. All the wings were covered in sauce very well. My son did say the Louisiana ones were a little too over seasoned. We also ordered plain tenders for our little ones and the ate them up. Overall we had a very great first experience here. This has definitely become our new go to wingstop.
DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WINGS WITH A SIDE OF ATTITUDE. Crazy how the manager has worse customer service skills than the teenage employees beneath her. I’m sorry you work in food service but damn you don’t need to be nasty. Trust me you can find better over priced wings ANYWHERE ELSE.
This may be the filthiest, most careless franchise experience we have had in years. The place reeked of burned oil, the floor was sticky, tables were filthy, they mixed up the tea vs sweet tea, they stacked bin after bin of presumably par cooked fries on top of each other (dirty bin bottoms on top of par cooked fries) while the...manager (?) stood by scrolling on her phone. Music from the kitchen clashed with the dining area. No hair nets or gloves on a single soul in the place. We were the only customers there and no one was cleaning or visible to us for about 15-20 minutes. After about 30 min we finally just walked out without ever receiving our order or a status check... nothing. Goodbye $30 and a many years long client.
