The food and service here was terrible. There was no good customer service besides the white boy, the rest of the crew stood around doing nothing confused and it toom well over 45 minutes to receive our food! 0/10 Dirty
Well, I thought that I would like this place. I’ve been meaning to go for a while. I went in the afternoon in the middle of the week. They were not that busy. I stood at the front desk, no else waiting, for over five minutes before anyone spoke to me. They said “just a minute”. I waited a good while longer. Maybe 7 or 10 minutes and finally left. There were multiple people doing different things right there. They glanced at me several times. But no one ever came to take my order. Wasted about 15 minutes of my lunchtime here. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Decent place. Can definitely see why you want to order in advance though. Food is okay but takes a while to achieve good quality. Bathrooms are pretty standard.
They are rude, take FOREVER. And just don’t care about what they do CLEARLY!
Ordered food waited until the time it said it was ready got there and they said they was bagging it up and I sat there for 40 minutes FOURTY MINUTES for them to bag it…. And then when they bagged it they never gave it to me I had to wait for another employee to ask if I ordered and then they gave it to me! I love Wingstop but this one in Alexandria Louisiana is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE they need an entire new crew and management who actually care about their customers!
if i could give it zero stars i would. service was terrible and the food smelled like feet. female workers couldn’t bother to try and pretend to say my name right then had attitude when her coworker tried correcting her. In the short time i was there, they had issues with practically everyone else who came after us. Place needs some sort of training.
One of the workers was digging in her ears, then went and touched the food. The cashier was high as a kite. Two workers were cursing each other out in the back in front of customers. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. Very unorganized. This establishment is terrible, and I won't be back.
After entering the establishment and placing my fairly large order I was then told I would not be able to pay with cash I did not have another way to pay so I wasn't able to get my food , this is wrong cash is considered to be a legal tender . I do not understand why anyone would support a business that has such a ridiculous rule I imagine they lose a large amount of business over this. Will definitely not go to wingstop even with my credit are debit card will not support this are any other business who refuses to let me at I do not understand the point of this
I've seen bad reviews at this location. But it definitely was a good experience here. The food was hot and fresh, people were very nice and helpful, wait was 10 minutes. Definitely will recommend people to come here. I will be back❤️
