Good location, friendly staff and limited public parking. Wings were good. Dining area was unkempt, unclean tables, and wrappers and other trash on the floor. Restrooms also in need of cleaning with the women's restroom becoming unusable during out visit. Dining area had multiple flies that were a nuisance while we ate. No napkins are provided with the meal (there is 1 (one) self serve roll of towel paper near the fountain drinks which all guests must use/tear off, highly unsanitary.
One of the worst in the valley. Service has gone down hill so badly and just keeps disappointing every time we try to give it another chance. We placed an online order and went in for scheduled pick up just to find out that they never started the order because they ran out of a certain seasoning. We told them "what's the point of requesting our phone# when placingthe order?" They had 4 workers and all of the were just standing around. It was another 30 min. late. When we asked for the manager, there was none. When we then asked who is your manager the cashier replied "I don't know" when we asked when is the manager available we got the same reply. When we stated "So you don't know who your manager is nor when they work???" the clerk just said her name was "Erika i dont know her schedule". While this was going on there was multiple other customers also waiting for their online orders upset.
This place really needed to have this online order option removed. Another family in the restaurant were already waiting 45 minutes before the staff realized they lost the order. No apologies what so ever and the other staff were more hanging out in the back just so they didnt have to deal with anyone.
As far as the food, very overcooked and fries had no seasoning when we ordered extra seasoning. I rather drive the distance to other nearby city locations rather than eating or ordering from this location ever again. Highly advised that they re-train their employees on customer service and hire people who actually want to work.
the service here is a disgrace me and some friends ordered online, we go inside and before my orders ready i ask if they can just put it on a tray, the cashier gives me an attitude and says she’s not a cook so she can’t just put the food onto a tray instead of a carry out bag. continuing a hour goes by and our order isn’t ready so we ask and they say our order tickets never printed so they have to barely start making it. ridiculous, the entire atmosphere is bad the workers are obviously rushed, minimal coordination. on top of that there’s rats in the kitchen don’t go here. all the workers quit and walk out what does that tell you????
Accidentally placed an order to this location. Tried calling to cancel NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER a 20 minute wait.

Literally all they do now is hire a bunch of children who have no home training or proper customer service , all they do is horse play in the back and do not focus on customers who are walking in trying to place an order or pick up their order because they’re too busy chit chatting in the back, they need to stop hiring kids or start training them properly , food is always dry & undercooked
Service was good , employees give great customer service , but while we were sitting having dinner a HUGEEE rat ???? ran by out from the kitchen !!! ????????????
