This wasn’t the best experience from here I ordered on 9/2 and they gave my all drums and old fries I spoke with Ayla she told me to call back later and speak with a manager everytime I call their system says they are on the line I know for a fact they aren’t that busy waste of money
In my experience, they should really consider hiring quicker people. My order took longer than what it had to be, when I called it in. My fries were burned and they gave me the crumbs at that all little pieces and burnt. I have tried this location twice and both times are not great. Young lady seemed polite but terribly slow.
I get wings from here every now and then because it's close to where I live and fairly affordable. Customer service isn't great and the wings at least taste good, but on this particular visit I placed a mobile order for takeout and was walking home. Even told the guy handling my order that I was on foot and was given a poorly packed bag. I was lucky the bottom of the bag didn't busy open because the container of wings was stacked sideways with sauce leaking through the bottom of the bag that got on my veggie sticks too. While waiting in the lobby there was water leaking on the floor that was a slipping Hazard that didn't seem to be a priority for cleaning up either considering it wasn't very busy for 2:00 in the afternoon. Just wish they'd have paid a little more attention packaging my order or given me a bag with handles. Probably the last time I'll come to this location too because the staff is always goofing off in the kitchen. They clearly don't realize that everyone in the store can hear their conversations in the kitchen within earshot
Please do NOT BUY from this WINGSTOP on 34th street there food is horrible! We had a late dinner at 11:00 and we was expecting great wing and fries . Nope NOT. We was given old cold HARD fries and extra hard boneless wings as long as we waited they could have made us some fresh food ...........I'm calling the store but a machine says "we are busy or on another line ' then hangs up ! With

The wings here always delivered in a pool of grease which pretty much leaves the wings without any dry rub. I keep trying to give them a chance but they get worse every time. I will keep going to the location at Northline Commons even though its farther away because the food from there is actually drained and seasoned.
Staff is absolutely clueless. If you order from this location please make sure you are not on a time crunch because it will take close to an hour for them the prepare it.
Just place an order and decide to put a little extra for it the kitchen flat out said NO, they can not do custom order, i just ask for (5) flat, after the cashier upgrade my drink for an extra large, she forgot to mention that they were out of Coke and 7 other drinks, when I ask her that she was out of Coke she said sorry we got what we got, i will never come back to this place.
they forget something from your to go order and there's no way to just refund it?? they want you to either come back and get it while all your other food gets cold or just lose out on the money you spent..? inconvenient. incompetent. doing too much laughing and playing around in the kitchen, can't even get peoples orders right.
