We order wings at the store and wait at the store. But they do the take-out order first and we wait 20 minutes for the wings. First order online and then go pick up is the best way to get your wings quick and efficiently.
Btw, bone-less wings are a bit small, next time I’ll try to order bone-in wings.
Ordered carryout and got there at the longer end of the time estimate.. has us sit for another 15 min because they said it wasn’t ready. Finally someone that had ordered in person had they order come out and we checked again.. our bag had been sitting there the whole time. Ended up being cold and is not worth getting it remade or heated. Also barely any sauce on the wings (20pc). Second time this location has either had service be crap or order wrong in some way. Rather drive an extra bit to a different location from now on.
I ordered DoorDash from these guys and I got my wings and they didn’t have the Parmesan garlic rub. Not even that but they didn’t have a rub. They are completely dry with no rub or dressing. I’m sorry but how do you mess that up. That’s literally the most important part. I spent $28 on DoorDash to get dry wings with no rub or dressing. I called them and he didn’t apologize or offer a coupon. I asked if I could come in to get replacements and he said “uhh yeah we’ll add the rub if you come in”. Get some people in there that can remember to add what you ordered. Eating dry $28 wings is probably the worst way to end a Saturday night.
Ordered through Uber Eats for the buy 10 wings and get one item free. We wanted to try the Louisiana Voodoo Fries so we ordered. They didn't even include the fries in our bag, but instead gave us 3 extra large cups of ranch that we didn't order? The only reason we ordered from this place in the first place was for the fries. There's other places with better quality wings. Anyways, the wings were subpar, a little on the dry side and not juicy at all. We tried calling them and they wanted us to come and pick up the missing item ourselves? Huh. Told us to call Uber eats to send out a new delivery driver. Uber eats couldn't do that and I get it... it's not Uber eats fault that whoever is packing orders there is incompetent. Won't order from here again. I recommend you try somewhere else.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would , this establishment is supposedly closed at 12 AM ON A MONDAY NIGHT . I just got off of work and was in the mood for wings this was the only spot I could find that was nearby . I came in at approximately 11:40 PM ,and they denied me and other service saying that their closed . I asked the worker aren’t you guys closed at 12 AM ??? To which he laughed. This is exactly why I have never came back here and never will . The service is HORRIBLE !!!!!
I waited two hours for the food to be delivered, and yet it never even got made. we had to go and pick it up, which took another hour of waiting, but the food was good, not really worth 3 hours of hangryness, but if you want good food you should go here!
Ordered delivery. Food came quicker than expected, everything was correct, fries were soggy and starting to get col but that's the risk with delivery. Everything was sealed for tamper protection.
The staff has an issue with order accuracy and over seasoning. The food was mostly inedible. I literally threw 3/4 of it away. Waste of 40$. Definitely would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
