The employees were really nice and welcoming. But the food, lackluster. And half of my order was wrong. I work in Killeen, but live 30 min away so I waited til I got home to eat. And was upset that I didn’t check my food before I left the spot. The food didn’t taste fresh and my Cajun corn was definitely old.
Horrible service! I ordered online, asked for half of my wings (the part I was going to eat as we were sharing a meal) wet hot lemon pepper, I got reg wet oily lemon pepper which also had very little to no seasoning very oily and bland.. I did not have a ride to come back to get my wings right and I was told I could not get my refund unless I brought back the wings I didn’t eat, I was hung up on multiple time by the manager on duty so yah I got upset. I was told to bring the wings tomorrow if I want my refund, which I will but that is so disgusting. I could have sent a pic showing it not right. Not everyone has access to a car! I spent 17$ to only eat my fries.. I never in my life been so disrespected and talked down to by a manager! Poor poor service and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
Trash management, trash food. I ordered online and had an emergency. I asked for the same plate or a refund since I couldn’t pick it up. She had my receipt in hand and purposely put in the wrong items. What I ordered vs what I got. Old ass chicken. Fire this woman please.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for extra ranch and the girl gave it to me, while I was getting my drink she asked to see my bag and I put it on the counter and she said we don’t have ranch and take the ranch out of my bag and I did umm excuse me you have it in your hand and she tells back we don’t have ranch. I dropped my cup and left. Meanwhile they didn’t have any fountain drinks and out of ice. I left the store and called to speak to a manager and all he said was that he was sorry. What a joke of this place. Stop hiring young kids who are down right disrespectful and sit on their phones and don’t wear gloves while working with people’s food. I will never come here again.
Update 05/21/24: I can no longer recommend it. The place has gone completely downhill. Service has been hit or miss, but generally on the bad side. The last three times we ate there, it took OVER an hour to receive our order. Once, we just walked out after an hour had passed. The food is never prepared correctly anymore and extremely unappetizing from the wings being extremely undercooked to Voodoo Fries BURIED in seasoning and nothing else. It's just been gross. Our orders are never prepared properly and every single time they forget something. We are not going back. It's just disgusting with terrible customer service. Simply gross.

This place, y'all! I'm addicted! The Wingstop in Killeen is by far the BEST Wingstop I've visited and I've been to quite a few. The staff is spectacular! They are personable and just a fun bunch even when they are in the weeds with orders to fulfill from everywhere. They get crazy busy, but keep things going, and I enjoy waiting for my order because they are such a fantastic crew. They make it worth the wait!
Our orders are always cooked to perfection just as we request. Every. Single. Time. At many other places, something is forgotten or prepared incorrectly, but not here. They make everything perfectly and just delicious. The Voodoo Fries are simply to die for and the wings are incredible. I always order flats, well-done, original hot, and they are spectacular! I truly cannot find anything that compares to their wings. When I order wings elsewhere, I'm always disappointed because nothing comes remotely close to the delicious wings at Wingstop in Killeen.
Five Stars to them for their fantastic staff, exceptional customer service, and for wings and fries prepared to perfection on every single visit.
My friend's and I eat here regularly. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Most of the time the food is great. For some reason we have issues with the fries every other visit. My friend has high blood pressure and asks for light salt. Without fail, we always have to take them back. Today these are the fries we got. I took them back and replaced them with a side of carrots. Love this location and the employees, just please be more mindful when preparing the fries ????
Normally happy with my food but i go to this store when in Killeen during the day asked for fried hard wings but they were normal and the skin is soft. 1st night time visit, maybe it was too late it was 9pm. On the way home oil leaked through the bag and made a mess in the car on everything in the bag. I was so disappointed. Was too frustrated to drive back so I cooked the wings more in the oven. Had a ranch missing but the fries were good so that's that. I would go back but not at night.
The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was the fries were horrible again. I’ve never had a bad experience with the wings, but it seems like I can never get a good batch of fries even if I ask for them fresh. They used to have the best fries . Idk what happened. I even went to heights and their fries were worse.
