Terrible service. I placed my order at 11:15 and they made us wait to give it to us when the order was on the stand, done for 10 minutes. We ordered bbq, garlic parm, honey, and Louisiana rub. I open my order and three of the chicken flavors are all plain. They just threw some flavor on the bottom. My chicken tasted plain and I ordered 3 different flavors. So dissatisfied and upset and I always go to this wingstop. I am not eating all this plain chicken with my family. Just because it’s almost time to close doesn’t mean you should not do your job good for those people buying it and are eating it because this was our dinner!! Never again.
I been in several wing stop. I do not see the reason people rate this store so low, they seemed to be a really busy store so it is expected to wait.
My food came o it hot as and made a requested.
Will come back for sure.
Smells terrible inside here. I think they're using old mop water or something. Also the trash cans are overflowing outside and inside the store. I saw an employee come and push the trash down to pack it even more instead of just changing the bag. Also he didnt use gloves to do that, he went back to cooking..I walked right out....PLEASE AVOID!!!!!
Approx 12:00am on 09/15/2024. Since when is OK to make wings and put the sauce on top of the wings? No ice on the soda machine either. They let my wings stay in the bag for a while bc they forgot to make some fries.
Save yourself the headache and go to Flanigans. Much better wings.
Cashier was friendly and helpful with helping me decide what to order. Our food was ready pretty quick. The Cajun Chicken Sandwich was very tasty. I’ve ordered for delivery from this location as well but the boneless wings were dry and hard and some way too much sauce. Seems to be hit or miss with this spot.
Well the customer service at this location was horrible. I ordered online and paid online was waiting in line and another customer walks in and approaches the counter and speaks to an associate and he proceeds to get her order first. He walks over to the window and says can you move and allow this lady here and I said politely I was ahead of her his response well I got hers first. What happened to good customer service ???
We order wings last night. When I tell you it took over an hour I am not kidding. This store is poorly managed. I watched an elderly couple go up after waiting over 35 minutes for their wings asking to speak to a manager for his money back. The manager made no contact with the man just went to the register got his refund and gave him his money back. Not a word was said not even a simple apology NOTHING. I was shocked you need more training and better management in this store. There were over 8 employees in the kitchen area laughing tossing joking and everyone waiting for their food. I ordered the Summer of Bundle specials with corn and a side of plain fries to go. The fries were disgusting I think they were sitting there for hours. My order was not complete and why call or complain to wait another hour. NO THANK YOU! This store is out of control.
I placed an order at 6:31 and the website said it would be ready between 6:47 and 6:52. I went 2 minutes after I ordered to let them know I was already there. over 5 minutes after that, 2 girls came in that were apparently friends with the manager and I watched them order and receive a 50% off discount. then we went on to wait another 20 minutes when we watched the same 2 girls get their food before us. the only redeeming part was the nice kid at the front. none of the staff in the back listened to him when he said we were waiting. our total wait time was 40 minutes.
