Took over an hour to get our food. Fries were disgustingly salty, and the wings had no sauce and we're soggy. I love wingstop not sure what this actually was, but wing stop it was not won't be back. I ordered garlic parmesan no actual parmesan was used.
I preordered on the Wingstop at for this location. The app said my food would be done by 6. I show up to pick up my food in which it wasn’t even made. I showed my confirmation number and was told to wait. Now it’s 6:50 and still not food and the whole time I waited there was a male cook throwing a tantrum and yelling profanity. He was slamming doors and screaming. Giving ugly faces at people who were waiting for food. I finally asked where my food was and they then said they never received my order, although an hour ago had me show them my order confirmation. They then told me to wait so they could care for other customers and wouldn’t give me a refund. The cashier gave me a cup for a drink for the wait and the cherry on top was their soda machine was out of ice and not working. I had to wait another 20minutes before receiving my order and it still being wrong. Never again at this location.
Walked in and the girl taking orders said all my order was waiting on was fries. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for fries while my wings sat in my to go bag. Wings were cold and had barely any sauce. While waiting one of the workers family was eating in the dining room. A few times the worker went over and grabbed some fries and went back to the kitchen without washing her hands. When I asked the girl taking orders how much longer for fries, I was met with attitude. Was super excited for our favorite wing place to be so close to home, but won’t be taking advantage anytime soon.
If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service. The girl working the front taking orders spent 15 minutes talking to her friends before actually taking someone’s order. 3 people while waiting in line returning their orders saying the food tasted bad. The whole place smelled like marijuana too. Very sus they need a food inspection done asap. No one here knew how to run an establishment.
40 minute wait time and it wasn't busy. But that isn't my complaint as much as the fries. My camera actually made them look better than they do. They're dried out as all hell, looks ans taste like they were cooked in grease that should have been changed days ago and then left to get cold and so they threw them back in there to reheat and left them in too long. (I've been a cook, That is really what it looks like to me).
These fries are going in the trash. Waste of $.

These employees have zero customer service training, give out wrong food orders and just have zero common sense. I have never had a good experience at this wing stop with the employees, they’re lazy and seem to be high half the time. Who hires these people?
It took over twenty minutes for two combo's;
the place wasn’t busy at all in fact, they had only been open 30 mins. There were two other customers in the place.
When finally got food, all was COLD had to
ask for HOT food. On top of all of this, manager got snarky with me for requesting HOT food or a Refund. Won’t be going back to this place anytime soon unfortunately.
This is by far the best wingstop to order from! Nice people that work there! Best service, clean restaurant!! 10 out of 10!!
