Staff was friendly, but my food was raw! Called and said I had to bring it up there with my receipt. Understandable but in not driving all the way back.
District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!
Just awful; whoever made this order knew when making order the wings were unacceptable. So bad not even a 5 yr old & 2 yr old would eat them. Order was repeated back, carrots were called off and yet no carrots upon arrival in McGregor, TX. Will def be utilizing diff locations when picking up dinner after a long day of work. I do not understand why you would be okay with boxing these sad fried hard as a rock wings up.
The beginning of July 2024 my daughter and I stopped at this location to eat. It was our first time in a wing stop. We are from B/CS so wings n ‘ more is our usual stop. The food was excellent and the staff was all very nice but I tell you what , the unexpected surprise and best part of the whole Visit was a couple of the kitchen staff members were in the back singing with the music, I don’t mean softly I mean full on belt it out karaoke style. I know this may seem weird to some but we loved it. They were making the best of their time at work because let’s be honest no one jumps out of bed excited to go. To make it even better the play list was awesome and the employee had a stunning voice. My daughter and I both agreed that the singing employees alone were enough to make us want to come back. I only gave the atmosphere a 4 star because the place could definitely use a good deep clean but the staff was all around polite and wonderful. Thank you Wing Stop for helping make our day better.
Do not recommend this location. I hot burnt fries and the cashier said they've been coming out like that all day. However ☝???? when she got her meal. Her fries were like they were supposed to be. The service was slow. Employees were either rude or standing around on their phones. There was a smell in there that needed to be addressed. I'll just get Wingstop in Dallas when I go visit my family.
Tried getting some food for my family and when I ordered everyone was extremely rude, it took about 45 minutes to get the food ready. Even though multiple people came through and got their food before us. And they ordered and about right away they got their food, I’m never rude when ordering cause you never know what anyone is going through and they still were very rude and gave ugly looks.
The black lady at the front desk has a stanky attitude. All I ordered was fries which tasted like they had been sitting out for 30 minutes i definitely won’t be coming here again. First and last time.
Ok, this was a last minute choice. People wanted the super hot wings and some wanted buffalo. Apparently both were good but da hot couldn't b finished in one sitting. The star for me was the ranch...5 star alone!!! Service was actually nice, friendly and helpful. Store a lil iffy but a rather busy nite, customers everywhere. Eatin and havin a nice time.
