First time at this location. It was ok, not sure why the sandwich bread is hard as a rock. At least at the deer park location there bread is warm and soft
They don't say thank you or nothing. Alot of young workers here. They don't care about nothing. No customer service. They didn't even put the paper for my wings to separate the flavors they just threw everything in the box . I definitely won't be back
Hot Honey Rub Bone In Wings Are A 0/10 Not As Good As Everybody Hyped Them Up To Be ???? , Its Like They Were Hard & Over Seasoned. Both Original Hot Bone In Wings & Fries Was Delicious & I Enjoyed My Ranch & Blue Cheese Not My Favorite Wing Stop Location Houston & I Want Be Coming Back ! Customer Service Was Great Tho But I Didn’t Understand Why Security Was In The Kitchen & Not Outside ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This place is terrible, I went there and relieved horrible fries and wings. All I asked was for well done wings n fries, n I get flaccid chicken and fries. I asked for a refund to my purchase becuase my fries contained random buds, and I think they refried my same fries cuz they some were black and filled with grease and the whole order was made twice I waited 2 hours!!!! This part of the order was around 20 bucks and I had a second order for my family that was around 30 bucks. I was only asking to refund my particular order cuz I'm the only one who didn't eat and had to get my food redone twice (to go order) and all the customer service did was send a 10 dollar e-gift card very laughable. I would choose a different location they don't follow instructions here.
I love it here. A girl with blonde hair assisted me I missed her name but she was in a different uniform from others. I can say they are very respectful and willing to talk with customers such as also suggesting and letting us know what is recommended. I had a great experience, I felt so welcomed. I got bone in wings with some fries, dip, and drink, and I enjoyed it all. Food was tasty. Thanks guys.
OK,so here is the thing...we have been to this location before due to it being the closet on the way back from where we were coming from and the service is terrible due to longg wait time..so onto my photos and disappointment tonight, as you can see,the wings are HUGE and delicious, will give credit where it's due. Now onto the fries, if you can even call them that..these are PIECES,not full fries smdh,unacceptable!! At least they put extra seasoning lol. Will have to avoid for good now and go to the location in clear lake area!
I’ve been to this location a couple of times but this time was the absolute worst! I live 10 min away and called my order in while I was on the way. I got my food and made it home just to find some cold stale fries, wings that looked and tasted like they’ve been left out and dipped back in grease and sauced up. Disappointed especially after paying $12
The customer service was friendly and welcoming. The food was served HOT, just the way I like it, uh huh, uh ,huh. The wings are juicy and large. The atmosphere is clean and spacious compared to other locations I have visited. I enjoyed my experience at this location. I hope you try it out and have the same experience. ????
Iliana was very attending and they were great here. Food was amazing. I believe she is one of the ones in charge and she was constantly checking up on my family and I.
