Ordered my order for delivery. Once it got to my location, part of the order was missing. Called Wingstop, 30 minutes of waiting for no response. Went to the location and there were some people waiting inside. Waited an hour for my five piece tenders as the store filled up with many frustrated customers having long wait times. The best they could do for me was offer a brownie or ranch for the two hour wait since they technically fulfilled the order. ????
The pickup order was ready when we arrived but the entire place was pretty dirty. There was trash on the counters and floor. The drink machine hadn’t been refilled with ice and was overflowing with ice in the catch tray. There were 5 or 6 employees in the kitchen just talking when we walked in. I wouldn’t care about the conversations if the place was at least clean or free of trash. This is the second time this year that we’ve ordered from here and both times the restaurant has been dirty. The last time the floors were so slick and the tables were sticky (not a single table was clean and we had to clean it ourselves). We will never return to this business. It’s insane that a business would allow this type of unprofessionalism and unsanitary conditions. Disgusting.
Normally i’m not one to complain but Wingstop has been SLACKING the first photo is an order i made yesterday extra fry seasoning cooked well done… well they put a ridiculous amount i always put those instructions for my orders so why put so much this time?! I had to grab a napkin and wipe all that seasoning off because it was ridiculous. the 3rd photo is an order i made 2 weeks ago for just fries and they gave me big wedges that were undercooked and hard.
I don't frequent Wingstop. So I'm not too familiar with any of the taste on the menus. Of course the first thing on my mind was what's the hottest sauce. Being so my wife n I pulled up quick to see if we could receive a sample. The staff was quick to grant me a finger full of the flavor. It was hotter than I would've thought, leaving my mouth tingling with heat for a brief moment. We quickly made the decision to continue our online order. 25 wings with three flavors, Veggie fries/slices, fried Cajun corn cobs, two large drinks. It took about 30-40 minutes before it was ready. But that wait was worth it woah. Was wonderful non processed chicken that would have never been better. I enjoyed all three flavors of chicken and the veggie fries. My wife loved the fried corn, said she'd never had anything like it before. Thank you for amazing service during our visit. We're sure to be repeat customers. I highly recommend it for you and your family and friends!
Avoid this Wing Stop like the plague. After waiting over an hour for our wings (supposedly 30 minute wait) one of my wings had FEATHERS attached to it still. YUCK YUUCK YUUCK.
Food was amazing as always. We ordered delivery. When we got the food, the containers were on their sides and our sauces were busted. I'm not certain if it's the restaurants fault or the driver but the complaint is going on both reviews. Order 9489037504.
Mia is the best gm they have had. She’s works hard and does what has to be done. She’s is really polite and respectful. I really appreciate her and she always makes my food bomb.
My kids love wingstop but I dread going to this place because it’s always the same dance. The service is slow, the employees are unprofessional and immature - pretty sure I saw one either buy or sell drugs during their shift today…the soda machine was out of ice and apparently also out of sprite. However, I didn’t realize until I got home and my daughter got a mouthful of carbonated water. I waited 45 minutes today for two simple meals.
