But as you guys can see there a something right there that lint string thing was in between the fries I called them and the manager Christian was rude as hell talm bout” what you want some new fries or something” no I want my damn money back overall, I’m not going to go into the whole details but at this particular location I suggest y’all do not go here at all. They are rude and unprofessional, especially the manager.
Stopped by to enjoy some wings. The two guys working the counter were both on point. I ordered barbeque, but they gave me two flavors instead. The mistake ended up a delicious choice.
They never pick up the phone when you're trying place a phone order I was literally on hold while I was driving there just to get there to see them with one customer I spent majority of my lunch break waiting on food that I was on hold for 15mins on the phone for smh
LOCATION: Safe area. plenty of parking. Well lit and clean . No vagrants or panhandlers. Skatepark next to the car park.
FOOD: Fries were disappointing. 2 orders of Large fries. Some were small and hard while other were soft and yellow. No consistency. Boneless were over cooked and over breaded. Breading on Boneless was too tough and not chewy and soft like usual. The classic lemon pepper were cooked through and through all around
PRICE: Same as other franchises. ( City tax varies) $$
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Not only did the gentleman at the cashier knew how to speak and understand Spanish; He commanded his post with amazing character. He stayed Cool,Calm and collected all the mean while handling phonecalls, taking care of the dashers, Communicating with the cooks. Not once did he raise his voice or tripped over his words. He took care of everyone like a conductor at a symphony. This is the kind of service I'll tip for gladly. It was CS above and beyond. I went there the day of super bowl. I had placed the order day before online. When I got there at the allotted pickuptime, our wings were not ready plus the cashier was rude to us. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our order. They had no napkins, ketchup to go with our order. The kitchen area floor looked highly unsanitary.
I placed an order over the phone and although I arrived within 20 minutes, it took 45 minutes for me to get my order once I got there. How does this happen?
I mean, it's a Wingstop.
I spent $20 on the cheapest meal. After paying, the cashier tells me it'll be 20 minutes.
I ended up leaving with $20 fries because I had somewhere to be and didn't expect to spend 20 minutes waiting for "fast food"
Thus was first time at Wingstop. Very disappointed. The wings were dry like they were overcooked. Sauce was average.
