This food is trash it’s like they don’t even get the grease off cause why are my fries limp and oily smh worst wingstop ever I thought I would give them a second chance and was disappointed again!! The cashier was really nice tho!
I usually love eating wingstop i’ve never had a problem with them. After receiving my chicken i open the box to find what looks like what was at the bottom of the fryer. Sad to see this and not sure what was going on there, but I was not ecstatic opening my box. Granted it was only the 6 piece, but its never looked like this before.
I'd like share a positive experience i had at the Harker Heights Wingstop location. There was an issue with my order but the staff was courteous and understanding. They went out of their way to provide a fix to the issue, particularly Johnathan and Katie. Katie redid my order and it was excellent. Thank you all so much for great customer service!
Hi overall this is a really nice wingstop they try very hard to please their customers and even on a night when there was a fight as far as Tyson was fighting they had a ton of customers and Uber people they put it together with some organization and did a very good job period. they did lose one of my orders, And it was a 2 hour away to get the food for the customers. But they weren't stressing out they were trying very hard and I truly appreciate that.
Amazing service!
I accidentally placed my order to be ready at 8pm. When I got arrived at the store at 6:45pm I told them MY mistake and they were able to get my order started right then and there with a 15 minute wait even though it was completely my fault. This Wing Stop location is AMAZING and treat their customers right <3 thank you all so much again!
This review is really not about the wings themselves nothin much to say. there good, nothing to write home about just a good fill in when you don't feel like cooking your own wings. This review is about those chicken thigh bites. I was not impressed at all. By the time I got past the breaded crust I was wondering where was the meat. Wasn't much of it. On top of that they tasted like the chicken bites you can find in the freezer of your local food store or dollar general. Now maybe that's an issue with just this location so still try them out and form your own opinion. But 3 stars is the best I can give at this time.
The crew handles themselves very well during a rush. They were slammed with online orders but we're still cra king out orders and mine was perfectly cooked. Employees were very nice and sincere to the customers.
This particular site has gone down. Depending on which manager is there depends on how the food is going to turn out. There's one manager there that I always request to make my food. Not only is she very friendly, she also makes sure that she makes my food exactly the way I want. Now when she's not there or does not make my food that is when they are always problems. Two of the biggest issues that I have with this place is that the food is overcooked and full of grease. The last few times I have bought
from there the boxes have been so full of grease that there was no way you could eat the wings. There was also no flavor whatsoever, and all the garlic parmesean was floating in the grease and on top of that overcooked like almost burnt . This of course makes it hard to transport your food alone when there's grease spilling out of the Box and because they don't drain drain the food and also just put hot food in these thin boxes and melts and then ends up coming through the bag then you've got not only grease all at the bottom of the carton you've also got grease in the bag luckily the bags are pretty thick but even all that grease soaks through the bags. The only upside is that the managers are quick to offer to remake the food. At most all I can say is stop overcooking the food and actually drain the food before putting it into the boxes.
