I came here for Valentine’s Day and man the food was horrible. I got me a 10 pcs half lemon pepper half bbq. I told the man I wanted the bbq wet. It wasn’t wet. I also had a 6 pcs lemon pepper all flats well done. It wasn’t well done. I added two of the 5 pc all flats well done. Still wasn’t well done. A bunch of the fries were like chips as well had no potatoe on them. Horrible experience, never coming to this location again. I’d ask for a refund but I know they’re not going to with all the food I ordered.
I recently visited Wingstop which is my favorite place to go since it's so close to my job. Apparently that place just hires anybody. I don't know if the young lady who used to work there is still there but the lady who i asked and politely told her that the Dr.Pepper was out of service , she stared at me and walked off. I wasn't sure if she heard me or didn't but i kindly repeated myself after 20 mins of sitting there waiting for a simple drink. When i told her about the Dr. Pepper she yelled at me to wait a damn minute and i just kind of stood there in shock and she goes back to yapping her lips with another worker. The service was incredibly slow, and it took over 50 minutes just to get my order. When the food finally arrived, the wings were cold and lacked flavor. The fries were soggy and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. To top it off, the lady at the front was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in fixing the Dr. Pepper and god forbid you ask for help or something the lady will look at you and roll her eyes. As i walked out i heard her mumble something but she better be thankful i didn't throw my sack of soggy , flavorless wings at her.
This location was good for us to have a dine inside at closing time. The staff was very generous. The Mango Habenaro wings was delicious and juicy with great amazing French fries. The 10 piece wings combo costed $15.99+tax. We liked this location. We would definitely recommend this place.
Very clean location. Taniya greeted me and gave me great customer service while I placed a to go order. Probably the best Wingstop location I’ve visited compared to surrounding areas . Will come to this location more often .
What a great first experience I just had with this location. I placed a pickup order on the phone. The guy who took my order was polite and patient. Was shocked to hear it would only take ten minutes to prepare my order. Was pleased to find a clean and tidy restaurant with friendly staff. My order was ready with no delays and was hot and fresh. I requested my fries extra crispy and with extra seasoning, which I highly recommend, and they were perfect. Wings were also very good. Crispy and saucy, but not soggy. Great job
My overall rating is a 2 stars since I didn't have the BEST Wingstop experience for my 1st time back to WINGSTOP. First time at this location in Hurst. We love our wings Extra Crispy as well as the fries Well done. I ordered 2 large carrots and 2 extra ranch. Well I got home and First off grease all over bottom if bag and all over cartons and my ranch containers. 2nd missing all my carrots. My family starts to eat dinner and noticed fries are still not cooked almost like par-cooked and hot wings are not Crispy and still chewy. So Saturday nite I called to tell someone but I w as placed on hold then I hung up instead of holding snd after movie I noticed it was too late and they were closed. I tired again today and the manager on duty Norbe helped. E out. Asked what happened as I explained he said he had to call his GM Madeline who I assumed told him to ask if I still have the food and I said yes I have some of it. Cause we don't eat RAW POTATOES. And still had some rubbery hot wings...he said they can't do anything at all....so I don't feel like arguing and just told him to refund or credit for my missing carrots. He gave me the $3 credit. Well...now I may call corporate on Monday cause this isn't setting well with me now. I will find another Wingstop or go back to Buffalo Wild Wings since they do care about what customers think about their Brand. Thanks Wingstop!
Wingstop SUCKS! every single time we order either they messed up the order or they don't deliver 1/2 of the order. Calling to tell them they missed an order only get us to "we don't deliver messed up orders you have to pick them up" arguments ????
I will NEVER order from wingstop ever again tired of giving them a chance after another.
Shauna in the front gave amazing customer service. Good was out fresh and fast!
