Best WLM Reviews
First experience. Very slow service, over 25 minutes wait for an 8 piece boneless meal. Watched employee eating fries with her hands out of large mixing bowl that orders were being made out of. 10/10 do not recommend.
We ordered through Uber eats and the food was good. We didn’t want the fries so we did extra veggies instead. Nice they give you that option. We got the 30 classic wings and were able to get 3 different flavors. We ended up with their smothered fries because it was free with at least a $10 order. Very good and lots of sauce on all the wings. Will definitely order from them again.
Horrible wait times employees are all talking and playing around in a delivery driver I dread coming here due to the wait times. They need a new manager to get things moving. As you can see from the photo 3 employees just standing there talking. Update 7/14 still a bad experience 30 minutes waiting on food employees are rude and my wings was not cooked all the way raw in middle. For dashers waiting for orders to be completed and complaining 2 employees on cell phones as well.
July 2,2024, I and a fellow coworker decided to stop by for some lunch. What a poor choice we made. After waiting 20 minutes in line just to place my order I received burnt dry fries and a mediocre chicken sandwich. I took my food back because I wanted some fresh fries that were not burnt. After receiving the "fresh" fries I simply asked for some ketchup to go with them, which I was informed that I had already been given two previously and therefore could not get any more ketchup packets. Therefore I demanded a full refund for my entire order. I mean i guess two ketchup packets are equivalent in value to an order for 10 bucks. Customer service and atmosphere here leave much to be desired. I shall not be returning back EVER. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY.
40+ min wait time when walking in . They prioritize the uber and doordash orders over the walk ins. Watched many orders go out and ours wasn't takin care of untill complaining 30+ mins waiting. Manager Ariel is terrible.
The food I've gotten from here has been great but ordering online to pick up means nothing, you're still going to wait 20-45mintes past the window that it should be ready. To many people standing around checking their phone or talking to eachother. I hope I get to change my review eventually but I'm not sure I will be back anytime soon.
Food was good & reasonably priced. Wanted to order again tonite however when ordering online the website kept timing out during checkout & I was not able to put my order thru. Ended up getting food elsewhere.... not for any bad reasons other than the website wouldn't let me check out. Hopefully that will get fixed & I can order online again.
Thought I found a new wong place. Thought wrong. I don't have 30+ minutes to wait for my meal again. You have how many friers and all you sell are wings.... How can it possibly take? Too long is the answer here! Not going to return again. It would be quicker for me to go buy them from the grocery store and cook them myself.
