This particular location is notorious for having bad reviews. I dont care for Wingstop, but I was here with someone who really likes them. Here was my experience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and attentive to us. The dining area was clean. The wings were tasty, and the veggies were crisp (we skipped the fries). My overall experience here was satisfactory. Come check them out for yourself!
I have been coming to this Wingstop for over a year now and I have a great experience every time I come. There is an employee that makes my day every time I see her working. I think her name is Ariel and she provides top notch service with a smile. The wings are always perfect and I love the music they play here. Would definitely recommend this Wingstop as my go to. 5 Stars
The food was great and they have very spicy wings and all the food came out very hot the food was rather greasy but everything else was fine but where we were sitting there was a leak and it was dripping on people and I thought was pretty nasty and should be fixed immediately.
Terrible customer service. Order wasnt complete upon delivery, it was ordered through the website and I couldn't find where to request a refund on the website so I called and talked to at least 3 separate people over the phone about a refund over 25 minutes. When I mentioned the items missing all I was told was "oh we ran out". I asked if they were planning on letting me know or maybe asking if I wanted to sub something instead, but all I got was silence and put on hold multiple times. So if I hadn't called I wouldve just been out the money?
I get it stuff runs out and I'm not upset about that, it's a weekend night and late in the evening so alright sure. I'm upset about the fact someone just shrugged it off and didn't care to fix the situation until I called and got upset over the phone.
For anyone curious the missing item was fries. Ordered an order of regular fries and voodoo fries, got the regular fries, but not the voodoo fries, guess they had just enough to do half the order?
Waited almost 30 mins and when I finally received my order, I got the tiniest chicken tenders I have ever seen. I'm shocked that someone looked at this and decided that it was acceptable to process as an order. I would honestly qualify this as a scam. One of my chicken wings was actually bigger than one of the tenders...on top of that the chicken tenders were so greasy and were mostly breaded. You guys need to either stop offering this meal so late at night or lower the price because the amount isn't worth the $10 price tag.
If I wanted 9 wings instead of 10 I would’ve just ordered less wings. On top of getting less than what I ordered it took double the time that it would at another location with a fraction of the sauce. Disappointing experience
I ordered a six piece wing combo half lemon pepper half mild with fries (extra well done) and a drink. I ordered it 12:15 PM pick up time when I got there at 12:10 the food had been sitting there which bothered me because the food gets cold fast needless to say, the quality of food was less than satisfactory the wings were fine but not crispy, more like chewy and unpleasant on the palette and the fries were limp, soggy, and greasy and above all the food was cold this was an isolated incident but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth
The food is delicious!! Had the classic chicken wings garlic parmesan and mild! The fries were delicious as always.
