How do you forget my ranch when I order a 30 piece family pack. I'll tell you because you have too many folks working and no one is in charge of quality control. Food tasted good even though I had to use some other vendors ranch. You all need to do better
I’ve ordered wingstop from locations in Florida and Georgia for years but this particular one is horrendous. The wings are undercooked and they can’t seem to get the seasoning right on the corn or my Louisiana rub. 90% of the time I have bought from this store, my order is under seasoned and undercooked but for some reason I keep giving it a try hoping that one day they will get it right. I don’t want to change my order to “extra cooking time” or “extra seasoning” because at any other wingstop they do it the correct way. They need a new manager and cooks.
The service is incredibly poor , the food is not very good and the cleanliness is disgusting. The lady who took our order was just plain rude and was even worse when I received my chicken wings and noticed I was short two wings. When I brought it to her attention she just rolled her eyes and walked off. I was not sure if I was getting my additional wings or not. I do have to note that the lady who brought the additional wings to me was very nice.
The cleanliness of the place is incredibly poor. If they are going to have an open kitchen, they really should keep the place clean. The dining area is in poor condition.
Developed gray hair while waiting for my cold food. Served out of ordered, employees decided eating their lunch during peak hours at a food establishment was more important.
find time trying wing stop…. The service was bland, girl had no enthusiasm and didn’t even smile or say anything pleasant… white girl with brown curly hair in the back instead of helping her employees was dancing around and cussing. Put on lip gloss with her finger then didn’t even wash her hands before touching customers food. I nicely mentioned “your gonna wash your hands?” And she just rolled her eyes with no comment and walked to the back. The food was decent, fries were boarderline burnt. first and last time trying this wing stop to be honest.
This place was gross on the inside. The drink machine had a pile of ice all the way up to the nozzles. Employees were yelling at one another in the back and not in a friendly way that could be heard all through the dining room. The water in the machine had a crazy taste to it, and the bathroom was unbelievably nasty as well.
What a disappointing experience. To start things off, the attitude of the girl who took our order was probably the rudest most arrogant human i've ever been in contact with. Definitely not a bright future for that one. The place was a wreck, i've seen cleaner waste management facilities than gainesville wingstop. The floors, tables and front counter were very sticky. There is a window to show the people making food, bad idea. No one was wearing gloves while handling the food. Went to go ask for ranch and the girl pulled her phone out while I was ordering and ignored me. The food was probably the best thing about the place… and it was AWFUL. They missed my buffalo ranch fries and just gave me soggy fries. My girlfriend got an 8 piece combo and when she grabbed the box it had no weight to it, so naturally we thought it was a side of the fries we got… WRONG. It was her wings. All 8 wings were smaller than a big toe. Basically it was a box of bones. I get more protein from biting my cuticles off than i did those wings. What a waste of time, gas, money and honestly my life. Ranch was good though.
The soda machine is always flat with no ice. They need to fix that fr bc yuck. My friend also worked here for a week bc she got in a car crash and they fired her for not being able to come in????. Not professional! Food ight tho. And they be playing loud ahh music where they be cooking. Makes me feel uneasy and unsafe.
