Nice budget place with super delicious wings with a bunch of different flavors. Highly recommended! The cashier was super positive and helpful.
I think the corporate should get involved. How do you go from hiring someone telling them you will send them paper work witin 2days. Then turn around and don't contact them? Unprofessional very awful.
I'm just not a fan. They're priced reasonable, but that's the only plus. The fries aren't crisp, and WAY too salty. The tenders were so-so with a drib of sauce on them . Service was nice ????.
I gotta say, it is quite bizarre to find a nose hair in my ranch dipping when I’m already halfway through the meal… I even picked it up to make sure I’m not seeing it wrong. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times on UberEats and I find it shocking that it could’ve been in my ranch for so many orders… I wonder what else could be in there.
Boneless wings were great. I don't recommend the Cajun corn on the cob. It's awful. I ordered the light version of light, medium and heavy spice. The light version was too hot for any of the three of us to eat. We threw it in the trash. Lesson learned.

I specifically ordered well done chicken. The order was recited to me in the exact way I requested. When the order was picked up, the order was recited again when the employee was asked if the chicken was well done, cooked twice.
I called to rectify the issues with the order and was hung up on, then no answer. I kept calling back to back... even well past the restaurant closure time and still no answer.
The old management/ owners would never give this type of customer service, nor would they produce food that's not edible.
So, this is what happens when you buy local, huh.

I recently visited Wingstop, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Right from the start, things went downhill. The cashier seemed confused while taking my order, and despite repeating it several times, they still got it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff seemed disorganized on who was going to take care of the issue. This location was way better when it was under the original owners.
Bad service takes long time to just answer the phone and then they tell you to wait on hold it's took 8 minutes just to answer the phone I think they need more employees and the cashier is look like Angry all the time
