My family and I did a walk in order and were planning to eat there. Walked in and ordered at 5:55pm and after 6:25 still was told it was almost ready. The worker kept touching his hair without washing it and kept going back and forth to working with food and cashing people out. He didn’t wash his hands once! It wasn’t until my husband brought it up that he shouldn’t be working food and touching his hair did he finally wash his hands. So gross!
We were completely shocked to find feathers on my chicken wings. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from here again.
Ordered some bone in wings with sauce. Wings had no sauce on them. Chicken was extremely dry. The chicken looked as if it was marinating in the Sahara desert. Only good thing is ranch, even fries were mediocre. If you want mediocre food go to wingstop in highlands ranch. My order was also $60, would’ve been better to lose this money gambling.
Got a 100 wings and they came so dry, over cooked, and rubbery. Was not worth the money. Also the fries were supper soggy and not even one had any crisp to it. Family and I use to love this place and location but this was a huge disappointment, and after that we probably won't be returning.
Waited 40 minutes for an order. Asked the employee if it was ready, she said no, 5 more minutes, checked in 15 min later to see that the order was ready the whole time when a different employee checked and picked up cold food. Awesome.
Ordered delivery, everything came cold and soggy. Half of our order was just thrown into the bag, didn’t even box it up. Food tastes as if it was cooked hours before we ordered. Worst wing stop location, do not get food from here.
Ordered delivery, So I can't say much for service for atmosphere. But once I received my wings, my experience was disappointing and sad. Mango Habanero is basically just flavorless sauce, I managed to underperform on the basic classic buffalo hot sauce. In addition, the skin is slimy like a wet snake. This will be my first and last time eating here.
I have visited 3 times Wingstop now. I like the way their food tastes. Notice I said "like" and not "love". Their food is good but not fantastic. I like their sauce flavors. Prices are average. Let me tell you the good and the bad.
Good: Good range of sauces from spicy to mild heat level. Food tastes good and always fresh. Dine in area is very clean. Prices are at par with similar chains. They offer thighs with their sauces which I like sometimes over the wings.
Bad: This particular store takes lot of time to prepare your food. Not sure about the other locations though. Around 40-45 mins to get your food. They add a lot of oil in the wings and things. Be careful to eat here regularly.
