I haven’t had wingstop in over 5 years and that triple chocolate chunk brownie HIT THE SPOT. I also ordered 15 boneless hot honey dry rub wings with blue cheese. Left and grabbed a few diet cokes. Order 15 minutes ahead and picked it right up. This place got it right, it was fantastic! Don’t forget your sauces!
The wings are cold and hard as a rock, the fries are cold and floppy. I ordered my food online and it was done in 5 minutes. I called back for a refund and they said I have to call back tomorrow and speak with a manager. Not cool.
Entered the store,ordered food. Man asked the name for the order, he said a different name twice. Asked how long for well done, I was told 11 minutes. 35 minutes later I could not take it anymore and asked if my ordered was almost done. I was told it was bring prepared. 19 minutes after that I yelled "hey man I've been her for 45 minutes". A heavy set young fella replied: Well you asked for well done. Very dry and rudely expressed. I asked for my money back he said no the food is done now! This was on a night in which my date n I had already found a hair in our Waffles". So wing stop was the second choice. For this to happen in the matter it did was very disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional unpleasant! The cashier had to call someone on camera phone to issue a refund....that was another ten minutes!!!! Shame on the staff cooking!!
First time ordering from this location. Ordered online, on a Saturday at 12:45pm. Not a large order....10 wings + thigh bites. Email / confirmation said 26 - 31 minutes for the order to be ready...ok. Showed up at the location at 1:20 to find not only our order not ready, but ALL orders placed online hadn't been started since the ticket machine wasn't printing orders....and the staff didn't notice!
Our order was finally ready at 1:35pm.
Sooo, the food - fries were good, wings were also ok, but the thigh bites were poorly covered with sauce (see photos) and looked like they were rushed. Lots of areas on the thigh bites with no sauce on them.
All in all, we'll be looking for a better run place to get wings in the future and recommend you skip/avoid this location if you want your food on time and done well!
Got the wrong order for delivery, they told me I had to bring back the order that was delivered for an exchange. I explained that I ordered delivery for a reason. The person on phone said there was nothing they could do. Completely unsatisfactory. I asked to speak to manager and they said there was not a manager on duty. Hard to believe since it is one of the busiest night of the week (Saturday). Won’t be getting my business again!
Be careful I love the food but they accidently charged my partner $80 instead of $8 for the tip. Who does that? Like hello are you paying attention? Just check your money stuff before you leave whenever possible at this location.
If you love waiting 30+ minutes for wings and some pretty rude people this is your place!
In all honesty tho I ordered 20 wings with nothing on them and been here for half an hour. Maybe they raise the chickens in the back ????
Just go to slim chicken down the road
Expect to wait. They only prioritize your order when you show up to pick up, despite ordering online. Then they will tell you it'll be 8 more minutes but that turns to 45..worst of all the quality of the wings were terrible. Take your money elsewhere.
