Staff was on point and didn't have e to wait too long for our order. The wings looked great but were very bland. The original hot sauce was the best part. The fries were essentially seasoned with sugar.
Ordered 24 wings with 3 different flavors, 20 pieces of Cajun corn and 4 dipping sauces. When I arrived at the store Michelle greeted me with my order hot and ready and not missing anything! The food was perfect, I will be back!
Order placed online for immediate pickup/carryout. Picked it up on time with only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Upon opening the order in my hotel room 10 minutes later. The order was missing all three dips the celery and carrots. The French fries were cold. The fries mostly consisted of small bits and pieces with no substantial full fries. The fries were as if they had been sitting for hours. The wings were lukewarm at the best. Very disappointed in the this WingStop. No quality control at all or pride in their service.
Horrible service! I ordered, payed, and sat and waited for over 30 minutes for my order. Everyone got their food, I don't know if they waited as long as I had, but they were frustrated as well. Yet, I NEVER got my food. When I asked about it, they never even made it. I wasted my whole lunch and had to go back to work with no food. When I said something no one cared. The manager walked outside like, I'm off. The other manager not here. They were more worried about smoking weed RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STORE than providing customer service. And the cashier was VERY rude saying, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS...
We'll miss Lady, NEITHER DO I! HORRIBLE customer service and I look forward to hearing back from management cuz this along with their attitude and blatent smoking, it's no wonder yal don't have NUMEROUS complaints DAILY! GOTTA do better smmfh
Unprofessional (phones out while handling food,inappropriate language) and the food takes forever to get ready.
Only come here when there is a discount of some sort. BBQ wings are pretty good but the Old Bay flavor tastes like more salt than anything.
Ordered food from the website directly. The time passed for delivery and notning had showed up. I called the store inquiring about my order and was told that the food was “sitting here” and that no one had come to pick it up. I was told to contact door dash, and their hands were tied because I didn’t order through door dash. But I was informed that the driver cancelled because it was “too busy”. I called the store back and was told I could come pick up my food. I asked if I could be refunded the difference for having to come get my own food since I ordered it for delivery, and was told that wasn’t possible, but that I could come get it or get a refund. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time I’ve had a less than optimal experience with this location. Will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered an online order with my friend. We drove the 40 mins up here. When we let the employee know we had online orders and she had an attitude and told us to show her proof. I can understand why but she was mean. I ordered a ten piece corn. I only got eight pieces. I know it’s only two missing but I PAID FOR ten. They don’t even have an eight piece are they serious lol. How can you mess that up, it’s either five or ten. We will definitely continue to go to other wing stops like we’ve been doing in the first place. Was very excited about this one since it’s new and was closer to home.
It was great waiting 50+ mins for our food after being told "10-15", even though there were only 2 other customers in there the whole time (who came in after us, and somehow got their food before us). We walked up to ask what was taking so long, and the entire staff was missing from the building. Someone finally showed up and had our food bagged up, said "sorry for the wait," but we should've just got a refund and left long before. Obviously lacking any kind of leadership. Never going back.
