Thursday Dec. 17. This location obviously closes at 12 am, showed up around 11:20 pm after a night out, but we did not appreciate the terrible attitude the girl at the front counter had with us so we did not end up getting anything. We walked in and she said "its 11:21 and you better not take your damn time ordering because I'm only doing boneless orders."
Please work on getting this particular employee to have a better attitude. We all have bad days I understand, and it was late but there was still plenty of time before closing. Even so its unacceptable to speak someone that way.
This is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Wingstop. The employees are super rude and when asked a question all they do is roll their eyes and mutter under their breathe. I saw a girl drop a corn and pick it up from the floor. Didn’t even want to eat my food after seeing that. I waited about 45 minutes for a order I placed online. It’s ridiculous. Once again the customer service here is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, they definitely need better training or better management. 0/0
Terrible! Prepare to wait 1hr+ for your order. Order online, DoorDash, order in store, it doesn’t matter. They make you wait so long it’d be quicker to go home and cook your own food. Employees aren’t helpful, have horrendous attitudes and move with no urgency as if you haven’t been waiting for your food for 84 years. Stay away if you value your time and sanity.
One of the laziest staff….. busy in their own world no one listens to the customers on desk and the delivery drivers…. 3 girls busy laughing cracking their own jokes took 20 25 minutes for order and after that half n hour for being prepared…. Dont know what to say but wingstop staff everywhere looks and treats like that dont know what they gonna do…. Just named to be the laziest
Nothing says rude and unprofessional like being ignored at the pickup window. I asked a employee if my order was ready and was just ignored. Not the first time I've had to wait for a order that's done. Really bad customer service.
I went in to pick up an order and was standing by the cash register for more than 5 minutes nobody greeted me or came to ask me if I wanted to order a pick up so I sat down and observed shortly after a man came in to order and the workers attended him quickly so I got up and asked if my order was ready the whole time order had been ready and just sitting there so I paid for my order and left but to be honest a customer service is very poor here I love wingstops here and they're delicious but because of the customer service I won't be returning

This is the worst wingstop. The service is horrible, and the wait time is ridiculous. I did a mobile order and still waited over an hour there for my food. #wingstop, please train your employees to service and work instead of talking and bs around while people wait for their food.

This is the 2nd Time Coming Here & again not having my Order Ready when it should be on the App.? Had to wait another 15 Minutes for Order to be Ready. What About there Saying, "Skip the Line & Order ahead on the App." Never had Issue's at other Locations, But this Location based on other Reviews is Lacking Poorly.
