Wingstop's wings are always undeniably good so there's not anything new to share in that regard. I did recently deviate from the iconic lemon pepper traditional wings and tried the boneless wings with lemon pepper and I must say that combination was incredible, especially paired with the Wingstop ranch. My main reason for writing this review is due to the impeccable service I received yesterday from Samara! She was so nice and accommodating and a perfect example of the top level of service an establishment should not only aim for but also recruit new hires according to the mold of the exemplary employee she is!
Very disappointed paid $30.00 for food that was not edible. We experienced everything DRY or burnt...they were very busy waited 6 minutes to place my order...I was hoping they were busy translated to great food instead the opposite. The bread was hallowed out and not good enough for human consumption the wings were meatless because they were dry/unable to chew. Fries were a mixture of burnt and regular. We love Wingstop however we can truly say we will not return.
Edit: I like to always give accurate reviews. After letting this company know of my experience I was promptly and fully refunded two days later. They were very kind and assured me this is not a typical experience. I was satisfied with the outcome and may try them later in the future.
Coulda been better.The cook time time took 20 min.Yikes. The wings were great. The cheese fries, not so much. I ended tossing them away. It was dark brown and tasted burnt. Someone said it was because of cost saving and old grease is what the company did. Idk but it wasnt cool.
This location is right near the high school. I happened to walk into a rush. I know the staff was trying their best but I waited over an hour and a half and had to constantly ask about my order. There is no management at this location which is very noticeable amongst the lack of staff at this location. If you are in a rush or used to timely service I would visit another location. One thing I will say is that my food came out very fresh and delicious just wish I didn’t have to wait/bother staff as much.
I've just moved in this area and have already eaten here 7 times. I want them to remember my name so they know I like them a little crispy.

Nice location. We went And got that party pack lastnite. Good Customer Service The Guy was a cook that was speaking To us was nice too. And the Dreadhead was a sweetheart good kid. I Believe He went to Sunnyslope with my sons Thankyou
It’s not a bad spot pretty chill and the staff is nice. But I recommend when you order online. To pester them every 5 minutes or so. I was the only customer there for about half an hour. I was by the window waiting. It wasn’t until I said something due to everyone getting their orders who ordered online. 50 minutes later I got a somewhat warm lunch
Placed delivery order, for chicken that includes multiple selections of sauce and end up with no sauce, none. The cost of delivery vs pickup is $10-$11 more, least they can do is fill the whole order. Amazing ineptitude, my expectations should not be so high I guess or I should just go pick it up to make sure I get what I pay for.
