This is the worst that you have staff was very rude. Food was old and I still have the food I would pay for refund. We did not eat it with no gloves on. Do you have an older woman at the front county very disrespectful do you have another woman, do not speak any English do you have a man leave to go bun this very disrespectful this is the worst Wingstop I ever seen set for 45 minutes waiting on my food now I placed the light on order and drive-through over an hour waiting on my food I would like a full refund thank
One of the nasty wing stop .. sunday was giving the wrong order in my order .. the bag was nasty ???? but the lady that gave me my food was nice .. manger dont know what’s going on in that place
Everything is blah blah. But the food is fresh & good every time! Don't expect much. It's fast food. Fresh wings. Tasty. Get the Louisiana dry rub or the lemon pepper.
Horrible. Will never go back. Service is terrible. Canceled my order after waiting for nearly an hour. No urgency and no chicken done for client orders after waiting an hour. Staff standing around aimlessly.
It's not often I write a review, but to take my money and hang up when I call asking about my order I already paid for is extremely disrespectful. Y'all got me all the way messed up I promise you. Don't bother ordering from here. You won't get your money back and you won't get your food.
They told us 20 minutes. It took 55 minutes. The person in charge had at least ten orders on the shelf ready to hand out, but was reluctant to hand anyone their orders. There was a lobby full of upset customers who ordered and waited an eternity and those who never got to order and eventually walked out. Fries were ice cold when we got them.
Cashier’s purposely rip the receipt on our door dash orders. It looks way more professional to our customers to have it on the bag !! They will also give us the wrong orders after distracting us by not giving receipt.
I have called multiple times on my sisters phone to cancel an order that i made yesterday and a women answered and was hanging up on me when i was asking for a refund she didn’t allow me to get my money back! They also were declining my calls and now idk if im still able to get my refund and ive been calling and nobody is picking up !
