I ordered a fifteen piece bone in ALL FLATS. I did not get all flats. The drums are always dry that’s why I never order them. It would be nice to get what I ordered.
I called and requested all flats. DID NOT receive all flats. I was also missing 2 wings. Last time i ordered i was missing 4 wings and also did not get all flats. Never ordering from here again. They can not get basic orders right. Do not do delivery because your order will most likely be wrong.
The Hispanic owner with the long hair doesn't get enough credit. She has excellent employees and has trained them well. Her wings are always extra special and cooked with love.
LETS TALK ABOUT THE FRIES. Soggy, wet, sweet and and not enough seasoning. Gives the feeling they have sat under a heat lamp for 6 hours and possibly ran under a sink before being served. Wings were great. Although the “hot” isn’t hot at all. The flavor is there for sure. Would order the wings again but would completely avoid the fries at all cost.
I spend way too much money here so it's super disappointing when I place an order and the wings look and taste like old chicken, with the feathers still on it and all. I think they are serving hours old chicken. The quality is definitely going down at this location. This chicken taste dry and old and looks gross. Appetite ruined and super disgusted and disappointed. Health department needs to do a spontaneous pop-up.
The employees are lazy and childish remind me of some middle schoolers I'm around their age but I DO NOT act like them while working or in public they gave me second hand embarrassment tbh the managers need to do better at giving them something to do so they won't be goofing off in front of customers they were on top of counters on one side and the front side the young ladieshad customers waiting to be approached. they would give out orders without making sure if they came with drinks or straws they told me I had straws in my bag and when I got home I had no straw for any of my drinks
Manager whose name starts with “Y” is very rude and very unprofessional. Hired a minor and discussed hours then changed it after agreeing. Was very rude when minor asked questions via text. Refused to give check stubs. Has people who knit in lobby instead of working. They use ice buckets to clean bathrooms as well. Asked to speak with owner or corporate and above manager said she was both and did not try to handle the situation or apologize.
Josh was very patient while taking my order and making sure it was correct. Also my order came out exactly how I requested.Good job with cooks this evening!
