First time at a Wingstop and the last sorry to say. Four of us stopped for early dinner on a Sunday. The couple with us ordered the "basket for two", and we ordered the same thing a minute later. They got their food within 5-10 minutes and said it was good and were finished 30 minutes later. We still hadn't gotten our order. Finally 35 minutes after ordering we got it. Since our friends were done we took it back to our hotel. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was annoyed after watching others come in, order, sit down and receive their orders before us (NOT online phone ahead). Our order was just wings and fries. Nothing unusual. Food wasn't nearly good enough to offset the terrible service and seeming attitude from the employee.
Service was fast but I ordered an 8pc boneless bbq wing and got out to my car and ate one and they were ice cold. I didn’t have time to go in and get it remade so I microwaved it when I got home. I’m pregnant and have to be cautious, as should the people serving it making sure it’s at a safe temperature to serve.
Environment is clean and friendly. Your order will be taken quickly and your food will be done even quicker. They work great under pressure and know how to get through a lunch/dinner rush! They are organized and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Restrooms are clean and stocked! Parking can be a pain sometimes but the food is great and will have you coming back.
Waited an hour and forty-five minutes!!
Only waited because I was passing through the city and had already paid before I got there. The place was filled to capacity with customers waiting for their wings. The cashier kept saying my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. NEVER visiting this particular restaurant again!
The employees here are loud, cussing, and very dramatic. Very unprofessional employees and atmosphere. They will stand around yelling and cussing at each other while you wait for your food and they take forty minutes to make one order while you stand there watching them yell and cuss at each other. Never coming here again. Some of their employees look like they just escaped prison. Definitely wouldn’t suggest this place. Horrible.
Ordered 2 things of wings online. 10 piece boneless and an 8 piece bone in with fried corn. Went and picked it up, got it home and the boneless wings were in there but no bone in wings or corn. Had a 4 piece tender instead… Tried calling, but nobody answers the phone there. Terrible customer service!
First of all they barely EVER ANSWER the phone if I was the Franchise Owner I would definitely clean house because I can only imagine how much money the owner is losing… And when I did get them to answer they said they’re only doing pick up orders and I said that’s what I’m trying to do and she said they’re taking online orders only so I asked what’s the difference and she didn’t know but I heard another employee in the background say hang up on him .. So I probably won’t be spending any more money at THIS LOCATION
Customer service outstanding .... I was a first timer the lady that took my order was very friendly as soon as I opened the door was patient and made ordering easy peasy asked me to take the survey (and I should have waited to take it until after I actually tried the food ) I gave outstanding reviews on the whole experience even shouted out the lady who took my order now I when I had a problem with any of my order the manager took care of me quickly and resolved my issue ... I did get a order of Cajun corn omg only thing besides the soda which was fabulous because they clean there machine very fresh !!! Ranch was good ????????
