This was My first Wing Stop experience and I have to say it was amazing. The establishment was clean. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I ordered My food and received it in good time. The indoor seating was clean and they had a team member constantly cleaning. It was located in a shopping mall with a lot of parking.
They definitely have some good wings. The mango habanero sauce is very good. The fries are hand cut and very tasty if they add the fry seasoning and the Cajun. The sweet tea isn't so good but if you had some extra sugar it's okay.

The audacity of the staff here is appalling.
To say that the mannerisms and professionalism is horrible would be an understatement . I'm not one to leave reviews because it's pointless for chain restaurants however after much consideration I do believe it to be a necessary review. Not just ONCE but TWICE did the staff handed me the wrong order. Even after telling several staff members my order name , they acted as if they were not understanding the name, made me show them my receipt a total of 3xs and had the gull to make it seem as if I was just purely grabbing others orders.
Instead of saying they handed my nearly 70 dollar order to another person and had to make remake my order (which I watched them drop in th fryer and remake)...the staff played "telephone" and wasted more of my time. I was told it was to be 30 minutes max and that there was no more then 2 large order ahead. I waited and watched people who walked in, told the cashier it was a "walk in" not a pick up, receive said orders that rival mine in size and wait no more then 20ish minutes. I waited ONE HOUR AND SEVENTEEN MINUTES for wings. Just wings? I'll definitely never use this place for a party order again. I can understand there being a wait for it being a weekend day but this was no more than incompetency and juvenile antics.

The employees were nice and professional. Very helpful and polite. The eatery was dirty. Needed cleaning... mud from a customers boots all over the floor. Low lighting and dirty tables. The fries were very dark and greasy. The chicken was not good and very expensive. It was my first and last time there. I ate 3 drums and threw 3 flats in the trash.
Ordered online, got an 8 piece with fries and a side of veggie sticks. Store was out of veggies and took it upon themselves to give a coupon for wings. I had to argue for a refund. Server didn’t give me my drink that was included with the combo. All this for 20 plus bucks.
Wingstop that just opened on 17 Warrenton Rd is horrible. This location needs a new crew immediately or it will not last in this area. The guy cooking the wings and the other two guys that were cooking the fries and chicken sandwiches we’re working hard and trying to get orders out the door, but the guy who said his name is Travis( doubt that’s his name) was the worst person to represent Wingstop. He had 5-10 orders just sitting. We all had to go up and ask him about our order and to find it was ready but just sitting. This dude doesn’t take his job or customer service seriously. He will be the reason this location will not last!!
The wings are so good but this place is filthy. The music they were playing was explicit. Soda machine is sticky, iced tea container was gross, tables were dirty.
The employees are overworked! But they do such an incredible job everytime. I come in almost daily as a doordasher. They are very smoothly running and have many commendable staff members. Yet it is obviously an environment that can create some anxiety for them at the register especially.
It is even ENCOURAGED for diners to LEAVE THEIR TRASH BEHIND. Literally a sign that says leave it, "we'll handle cleanup" or something like that.
People will do that without encouragement. Help these kids out by being patient with them if you stop in.
