Update: they ended up refunding our order.
Ordered 30 wings to go. They only gave me 15 and ended up mixing the 15 with dry and wet wings. When I called they wouldn’t refund me or credit me for the order and told me all I could do was drive 20 minutes back and have it replaced. I’m not spending another 40 minutes for wings. Was told a manager would call me back about fixing it. Make sure you check your bag before leaving.
Walked in and the store wasn't cleaned. That should have let me know to turn around and walk out but I didn't. I have ordered from them on door dash and the food was pretty good. So I place an order for a chicken sandwich combo. Everything was good except the fries. When I asked for fresh fries I was given attitude and told that some times the fries just come out like that. Sometimes they come out light and sometimes they come out dark. She dropped fresh fries and they came out the same. Stop advertising fries that are light and appealing if what you will receive is dark and nasty. If your product isn't gonna meet the standards then don't advertise as such. Look at the pictures. What I got oppose to what is advertise you will receive minus the attitude and disrespect because I can't take a picture of that!!
Seriously in a world full of customer service that has been shot to hell, This place nailed the customer service tonight. Not only was the place clean and inviting Everyone that we interacted with Polite and had a great attitude. The customer service really was top-notch. As a person who has their own business and has managed many other businesses it is important to have a great customer service. These guys certainly had their act together and I hope the owner or manager is proud of this team.
the girl behind the cash register was sitting ON the counter playing on her phone and when i first walked in i stood there for a minute while she was in the bathroom another employee had to go knock on the bathroom door for her to come out. everyone else on shift seemed great but her
Placed my order on Door Dash at 6:34. After multiple dashers and a final cancelation at 8:07, I still have no food. They wouldn't answer the phone and their voice-mail is full. I tried giving this location a 2nd chance, but they simply don't care whether you get your food, let alone, are even happy at all. There will not be a 3rd try. I just hope others avoid supporting this business.
ordered from here 2 or 3 times now. The wings are always decent. My complaint is the fries. I don't remember any other Wingstop having this bad of fries and its obvious they don't pay attention to their reviews because I'm not the first to complain about it. They are constantly UNDERCOOKED or at least taste like it, no matter which variation of their fries I try. pretty sure fries are suppose to have some form of crispiness to them.. these are always floppy, overly soft, and gross. fixing to put mine in my air fryer to fix them.. hopefully
Took 31 minutes to make a chicken sandwich, unbelievable! When I finally received my order and asked to speak to the manager, a young girl came to the front (already with a defensive demeanor) and became argumentative with me and stated I didn’t wait long. I began to show her my receipt with the order being made at 11:01am and now it was 11:32am. She said it’s not her problem and pointed at her corporate phone number on the wall and said I could call them if I want and walked away from me. Wow! Completely unprofessional.
i went to the wingstop in burleson lastnight to get a 8pc boneless lemon pepper combo. This is how i received my food when i opened to eat last night. My food was suppose to be well done and this is half done to me … the fries were like the bottom bag of the fries this is insane to me. I would have went back an got a refund but i don’t even live on that side of town but i definetly won’t be coming back.
