Rude staff, they fill walk in orders last! They charge walk in orders for ranch! Expensive and gold is ok! Expensive and overcooked, barely sauced, NOT! And salty salty, undercooked fries..... $30

I ordered 13 habanero boneless and they were extremely dry. Hardly had any sauce. Order wasn’t even ready on time i still waited an additional 10 min to get my online order. Fries were dry as well with hardly any seasoning even tho I specifically requested for extra seasoning. Who ever made my order did a horrible job. Completely lost my appetite
With prices going up what's up with these tenders looking like chicken nuggets. ????, i should've checked my order but once i got home i noticed i was also missing my fries. $1.75 for ranch? Wait time was off. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after arriving 5 minutes past my ready time. Main reason I've avoided wingstop. Wings are still ????
They took 1 hour to make 10wings and fries after 40min I asked if our order was ready and she said idk . They where all there just staring at us while they where trying to figure out if our oder was ready like if they didn't know they were doing. They all looked stupid and dumb like they don't know what to do
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service is 10-15 minutes too slow, no ice available, the drinks are bland & employees are clueless!! I imagine this location is ONLY lasting because the next closest location isn't close enough. I do NOT recommend this location AT ALL!
Worst staff,the lady is soo unprofessional at this store who works around closing 11.20pm it's not the first time I happened to visit this store last week as well she was soo busy talking and having gossip with her fellow workers that she was unaware that there is a queue waiting on her..the store need good people here who knows understands the importance of not making a customer feel unwelcomed.
Placed an online order 2 hrs before pick up still had to wait 40 minutes for my food. Not the first time not the second time not the 3rd but 4th time
