I absolutely love this wing stop, simply because Gannon is the best flavor expert! I come here quite often so I definitely know lol, I’ll 100% recommended this place to anyone! Worth the wait & money everytime (unless someone else is the flavor expert) ????

My boyfriend & I were craving chicken wings so we stopped here to eat. The place is small inside not a lot of tables to sit at. As soon as you walk in you order. We ordered plenty with different flavors & such. We were able to sit down to eat. I got full after eating about 20 of those delicious chicken wings. The staff was friendly, loved the prompt service & the atmosphere was chill. A little on the expensive side but was very delicious & filling
Decided to give this location another chance but I should’ve just made my own food at home. Order arrived extremely late and when I tried to call and ask what was going on the girl kept putting me on hold. Wings arrived so cold. This location needs some serious fixing up with their staff. Do better Wingstop on Shaw & first.
Wingstop you need to do better!! This is ridiculous, Are those tiny pieces of bread supposed to be chicken!? I'm so fed up I'm tired of spending my money and getting nothing!!
Worst Experience I have EVER HAD in a Wingstop! Not only did they take my order and Money. They "LOST" My Order After waiting 15 minutes. Every one that ordered after me got their orders so i went to ask. I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for 8 TENDERS! After i told them I needed to be somewhere, they completely disregarded my time. After those 20 minuts my order still was not ready and yet other people got their order WAY BEFORE ME. These workers are unprofessional. After i told them i wanted my money back they had the audacity to tell me to wait even more, after the fact that i needed to be somewhere VERY IMPORTANT! They need better management and more comunication with their team! To make Matters worse, their SO CALLED "SODA MACHINE" had like 3 sodas available. What kind of place, SPECIALLY Wingstop not have anything stocked? I will NEVER in my life go to this location again!
Wingstop used to be my favorite wing but so disappointed. the wings were not cooked all the way.
I ordered through mobile pickup. I recieved my food and there was feathers on my classic wings. The feathers were all mixed in the sauce so I couldnt eat any of them. I threw up and was really upset. I called the store twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes and than they hung up my phone call. This is ridiculous, they should care more about quality and customer service. I wasted 30$ and will not be coming here again.
