We made a mistake of actually going to the restaurant to sit down and eat. BIG mistake.
The store is clean “enough”. But there had to be 8-10 delivery drivers waiting for food at any time.
We ordered, told them we were eating in. The cashier said 25-30 minutes. At 35 minutes I went to the counter to check the status of our food. The other young man behind the counter said it would be 35-40 minutes! More?! I said no sir, I’ll get my money back and leave before I wait another 35 minutes.
After some discussion in the back he came back and said they were working on our order now.
Still took 10 minutes longer.
We asked for salt and were told they had none.
The wings were”ok” at best (6 boneless Original Hot) and the fries were down right disgusting… very limp and greasy.
We put all our trash in the bag our food came in but there was not one trash can in the entire restaurant area so we left it in the table.
Outside the store, there was a trash can that was overflowing. The patio area was very dirty.
We have visited Wing Stop locations in several states and this was by the far the worst experience.
I think this place is under new management now which is better as the ordering process is quicker. Yet the cheese fries are no longer the same. They used to be drowned in nacho cheese now they have only about an ounce of cheese on a regular cheese fries order. This has happened multiple times when ordering. Miss the old fries. They were drenched.
Down right Horrible, when you're asked if you'd want your meal reheated. That's just plain outrageous,in my opinion. Incorrect wait times. Cold meals. Soggy fries. There's nothing as Texas Wingstop locations. At least the manager was willing to refund the meal.
Waiting for my order in an empty store and it was over 10 minutes late I get that they were cleaning but probably would have been out faster if the manager on site wasn’t flirt, kissing and touching one of the prep girls on line terrible and unprofessional management. Potentially contaminating the food doing who knows what in the back
Seems they still have trouble having orders right or on time. Luckily its only 15 minutes to wait if its the case compared to the 1 hr they used to make us wait before. Also the wings are sauced much better now! Pretty happy about that
Place is busy and cool. Hard to find a clean table and the floors always have straws. The soda machine is behind the counter to limit your refills, as they are always busy. They were playing hockey games on TV and classical music over the speakers. It would be been better to listen to the game imo. Food is good, but fries have issues sometimes. THEY DO NOT give military discounts for active duty/veterans or disabled veterans. Only for in duty POLICE officers. Kind of messed up. I used to eat here weekly but now it's a once in a blue moon deal now.
i placed an order at approximately 2:30 pm to pick up at 3:45, when i got there at 4:00 pm my order wasnt ready. the girl at the counter advised that it would be ready in about 15 minutes. i stayed there waiting til almost 430 and no order still. They were too busy fooling around and one employee bragging about her mustang. Its useless to place an order for pick up if they will not have it ready. They need better management. I requested a refund and walked out. Never again!
Ordered a carryout. An hour until the order was supposed to be ready, fine. Showed up, checked in, the host took the name and ignored us. Going to the counter three times, an additional wait time of 45 minutes (after the initial hour) and come to find out it was sitting there the whole time. They just kept ignoring it and of course it was exceptionally cold.
