So, November 31st at 5pm I ordered an 8 piece Louisiana rub all flats combo. My Total was $18.18. I stood there for about 15-20 minutes watching them prepare and sending out orders. I couldn't stand it anymore so I asked for a refund. The manager asked me to leave when I wouldn't give her a reason for me wanting a refund. I called the police they brought out my receipt. I'll be taking this matter up with corporate.
No frills lunch. Had 10 piece traditional wings with hot honey and Louisiana dry rubs. Both were tasty. Fries were good and you just can't beat their little corn on the cob pieces. Will put this place back on the go to list.
Saying dine in is very inconvenient to them. No napkins to be found and when asked. The worker on his cell phone I think on break came up and slammed a roll of paper towels down. Went to clean up and realized there aren't trash cans anywhere. When asked if we leave the food or what we got an eye roll and ignored. There were no other workers to ask as all seem to have been on break at the same time. I definitely wouldn't recommend sitting there. The food was edible but eh.
1st time… food cold, forgot my fries & drink machine down due to power outage. Whole order messed up. Call manager to hear all they can do is fries next time. No help at all… won’t be a next time. Guess it will be down the street to Buffalo Wings.
The food was very good even though my order was messed up and I was not given the proper order but after a phone call to The Establishment they did offer to remake the order but I would have to come back and either pick it up that day or another day which should not happen.
I personally feel if there hadn't been so much horse play in the restaurant they might have gotten my order correct.
The atmosphere of the restaurant had trash on the floor tables had not been cleaned from previous customers eating. Overall it was not a pleasant experience I'm not a very professional atmosphere for a restaurant as you would expect it to be.
I personally will not go back and that says a lot because I am a lover of a good chicken meal it's one of my favorite things to eat.
The meal was served at an Hot temperature, and the staff demonstrated a welcoming and friendly demeanor. The diverse composition of the team fostered an inclusive environment, ensuring that everyone felt valued and respected. The order was accurate and complete, meeting all expectations.
I went here for the first time with my boyfriend and we got an amazing deal of lunch the garlic Parmesan wings were mouthwateringly good. I get a craving for it every once and a while. It’s Really very good. Not the cleanest place but the food and service makes up for it.
Employees are Rude. Got my order wrong TWICE within 20 minutes, and didn’t want to give me a refund. This is what happens when you have mostly Black employees. Lazy entitled can’t do anything right wastes of human beings.
