My son ordered American Deli for me to pick up ,call me and cancel stating his favorite was only 2 dollars more. So I got his order and Grab me a 6 piece combo, wings are the right size,seasoning Ok, fries soggy good and drink. That ranch sauce is Marketable Delicious. Yo Ross jar it up and sale.????

My order was saturated wirh cooking oil including the bag. We ordered our food @ 8:30 this evening on the way home which is 28 miles from this resturant. Check the bottom of the tray before you leave. Totally unacceptable. We ordered three 10 pc combos.
I watched the guy speak rudely to a customer who said that he didn't his blue cheese. It does happen, but this guy didn't even try to find a solution. With the increased cost of food these days, can we get an increase in customer service. Makes you not feel welcomed. I haven't received my order yet, but my expectation is low, as I watch the cooks prepare orders. And this location has been going down for years, I just had a taste for wings. If they are good, I will happily edit.
I ordered 10 Garlic Parmesan wings and they weren't good at all. There was little to no flavor on about 8 of them you could only see the shredded cheese on 2 of the wings. No garlic flavor at all. When you call them to tell them about it, no one answers the phone. This is my first time eating Wingstop. It will also be my last time ordering from Wingstop. The part where they don't answer the phone to address the complaint did it for me.
WoW customer service was so on point. Tiffany was so pleasant. She went the extra mile to ask how I wanted all flats wings to be cooked. Regular or Hard fry. Everything turned out great.
They do honor military veterans. That’s a plus.
Haven't had wingstop in a while and let me tell you the service was great. Tiffany was wonderful, she was on point with our order and made sure we got everything correctly. She made sure the rest of the staff was doing what needed to be done, cleaning the bathrooms, dinning area etc. We waited max 10-12 mins for our order and it was delicious. The wings were crisp and the fries were great as well. Everything had great temp. Thanks again for your service, it was great.
TRASH!!!!! I stopped in tonight to pick up some wings (30 lemon pepper dry) for the Colorado/Colorado St game and ended up with GARBAGE!!! The fries were soggy with grease and definitely not edible. The wings were cooked so hard, you could barely bite into them. It was honestly more salt than wings on the chicken. This place has consistently been miss miss miss miss hit miss. Tonight they were 10 misses in a row. I tried calling them once I got home (20 minutes away), but you know the deal. They don't answer the phone. I understand WingStop-it. You don't want my business. Got it!
