This was by far one of the worst expieriences I have ever had in the food industry. This location had no ice for my drink. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and only had 9 in my plate. I also told the guy working there thank you for my food and he ignored me the first time. I said it again and he just gave me a thumbs up and didn’t say a word. I’ve tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager, but when they answered they would hang up immediately and would not say anything. A very uplesant experience. I will not be returning to this location anymore. I am very disappointed in Wing Stop.
My very First time ever eating at wing stop, and i decided to go to this one. I must said this lovely young lady. Ms Chelsea was super nice, and did an amazing job with my order. She’s super sweet. I will be returning just for her. Food was a 10 out of 10.

I'm glad to see that that guy who had a long beard at least cut it.
Before, he wasn't even wearing a hair net on it & I wondered about the sanitation of this place.
I'm glad there was an improvement.
Bae loves it here & I'm here 4 the ride.
There was a different cashier today & it's nice to see some diversity in the crew.
I was a little disturbed that we waited so long on this visit.
However, we were accommodated with a free drink; an iced coke 4 me????
Also, I witnessed another customer mentioning that the sauce he asked 4 wasn't quite made right.
& the employee, instead of correcting the issue, told him it was correct on the receipt & quickly dashed to the back area.
I believe the guy wanted parmesan cheese cheese, but somehow, the receipt said NO parmesan cheese.
I didn't like that, but like I said, bae loves it here & I'm here for the ride
Also, the customer had difficulty getting assistance when needed, which is something I've witnessed on previous visits
I'm generally soft-spoken & I realize that that customer could literally have been me.
But bae is loud & has no problem calling people out on their b.s. & doesn't mind creating a scene.
So I was in good company
But personally, I wouldn't come here if I wanted to place an order myself.
I would more than likely look for another location & sought to find a different restaurant altogether, but that's just me
We had our usual order of wings,fries with each of our preferred sauces.
if you asked me about wingstop, i’d tell you i love it. if you ask me about wingstop on a deeper level, i would tell you that wingstop enlightens my day. wingstop brings me pure joy and pleasure. wingstop helps me when times are tough, it helps me feel more content about life. it reminds me that theres a reason to stay. a reason to live. i want to say thank you, WingStop. thank you for bringing me such pure happiness and joy. thank you for never letting me down. thank you for showing me what the true standard on the quality of wings should be. thank you for being the amazing company that you are. I came here to say that the manager Chelsea was awesome. She helped a customer bring food to her car in the rain, and took pride in her work. She's awesome
The food was hot and fresh (30 minute wait); and I was only customer for about the 1st 20 minutes... staff could have been a little more sociable or friendly... they were not rude, just a little robotic, non talking... it had a deserted vibe versus the other locations I've visited that were bursting with energy... I'll go back because of the food- hopefully it will be a better dining experience
This place closes too early! Tried to place an order at 11:20pm and the lady at the register stated they were closed!
Food is amazing customer service is excellent
