I’m not very impressed with my experience at Wingstop. The order took more than 20 minutes to be served. The restaurant needs a little bit of tidying up there is trash on the floor and nobody seems to care. The music in the background is extremely loud. louder than necessary for a restaurant. It sounds like a nightclub.
My second disappointment was the fries that seemed soggy, greasy and not attractive. Very unlikely I will suggest that we come back to this Wingstop location.
Just got back from picking up wings and fries.
The wings had no lemonpepper, but more butter than anything were not well done. I was very disappointed, and the fries were cold. May have to start going to Buda or San Marcos
This place sucks, have seen it steadily decline the past 2 years. Still come here for name brand Wingstop recognition but have had to wait 30+ mins on multiple occasions for an online order that I purposely showed up late for knowing they are constantly running behind. That’s to say that their online orders are easily running 30mins-hour behind during dinner time. Pair that with an unattentive staff, dirty restaurant with trash on the floor, and management that doesn’t seem to care, I won’t be returning here.
Waited over 30 minutes for one basket order. I watched 18 to-go orders leave before I asked to speak to the manager. The employee asked me why. Didn’t know I had to get approval from an employee first. Restaurant was absolutely filthy.
They said my order never came through after ordering it online 30 minutes beforehand, so I had wait EVEN LONGER. Every group here waited at least 40 or more minutes for their food. I wasn't even acknowledged for the first 10 minutes in the store, even though the employees on the line looked directly at me multiple times, which was already a red flag.
Employees were just standing around talking and doing who knows what. I think this store would benefit from some type of management to get everything on track, since I didn't see any during my visit.
Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location until management is fixed or just in place in general. Food will take forever and you'll experience ZERO customer service.
This place is gross you shouldn’t eat here. If the sitting area is dirty I cant imagine what the cooking area looks like.
Wingstop allowed our food to be stolen tonight and the best we could get was a refund we’ll see in 5-7 business days. DoorDash was supposed to be who delivered our food, but without any verification of delivery drivers and their designated meals to deliver someone(not a driver) just waltzed to the store, grabbed the biggest bag there, and left. Our order showed delayed, then cancelled. After calling Wingstop they had no clue what we were referring to, couldn’t provide a driver name, and basically said we were out of luck until we threw out some remedies to the situation. To make matters worse it was only a partial refund, as they were not refunding the delivery fee and tip. This is poor customer service, and an extremely poor method (no method actually) of keeping track of people’s meals they’re paying for with their hard earned money.
Order hot honey rub wings and they had no seasoning at all. How is this ok? Pizza has more flavored wings
