Order through DoorDash tried to call location to have them add extra seasoning for 30 minutes. I was unable to get anybody on the phone just the automated Center then I asked my Dasher to ask if they would add extra seasoning to Parmesan wings and lemon pepper wings that’s just sprinkling more seasoning a couple of sprinkles she was told no because it would cost more wings arrive And you would’ve thought I ordered plain wings. No seasoning at all every other wing had about a dollar or two of lemon pepper seasoning on it. The wings were disgusting dry no flavor and I had bought a 15 piece waste of money using their online order system, you’re not allowed to add anything leave comments and you’re not able to reach any actual human Worse idea Wingstop has made is to turn themselves into an automated system like you’re calling the bank. I do not recommend this location. I travel a lot for work so I have eaten at a lot of places and this was by far the worse.
If you want a delivery from here, expect a 30min+ delay from whatever you're told. Especially if you use Uber Eats. I used to always refuse orders from here but for some reason I took it tonight. Both deliveries were in the same damn apartment complex! Delivery drivers beware. Everyone else, stop ordering delivery from here.
I always get the Louisiana dry rub wings, fried hard and they’re DELICIOUS!! The fries are hand cut and are paired great with the ranch dressing, which is also amazing!! If you have the chance, try the fried corn.
I had the worst experience today, definitely 0/5 stars. I went in on 11/10 around 4pm.
When I went in there was a bunch of angry customers because the one girl who was doing the front desk and to-go had the BIGGEST attitude. She was complaining very loud about how she “Just wants to go home” and is “So sick of this place”. I tried to ask her if my order was ready FOUR TIMES. She ignored me every single time and even rolled her eyes at me. There was soo many people in line and she ignored almost all of them. It was so bad that by the time i received my food, another CUSTOMER had to tell me “You better check your food” because they had already gotten so many people’s food wrong. My order was correct but my food was barely warm and the wings were barely seasoned. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but this was by far the worst experience i’ve had with a restaurant and especially the worst customer service I’ve had/been treated with.
This day had to wait an hour for on-line order. There is never anyone at the register. Instead, they are busting ass working trying to fill all the orders. Chicken is a little too spicy, but love the fries greasy or not.
I work in the plaza and I come here a lot just because it's convenient and almost every time I do there's some kind of service issue.
This time the AC was out, the ice machine was busted, and the soda dispenser was dispensing flat soda. Last time it was the AC and ice machine. Time before that it was online ordering/pay by card. Time before that they were out of chicken sandwiches. The odds of you actually getting what you're looking for at this store are so slim I'd advise you to not waste your time by even rolling the dice on this place, at least not until they get their house in order.
The food is...okay.
And if you do manage to actually get what you ordered you're gonna wait twenty minutes even if you ordered ahead so be prepared to wait. This place has wasted many of my lunch breaks.
I'm definitely done ordering from here, but good luck to you if you decide to risk it.
This has got to be the absolute WORST wing stop I’ve ever been to in my whole life! Their delivery driver from THEIR website stole my food. So after paying $60 plus a tip and a delivery fee I went up there myself to get my food. After waiting for a hour they finally made my food never offered anything for my trouble. I asked to get some of my money back Trevor the manager told me he will give me some of my money back so I went to the register thinking he was going to give me my money back he left me standing there for another 20 mins. Finally I grabbed an employee attention to please get him for me. He came to the register and told me I will get it online I said “how am I suppose to know you did it” he said it will drop in your account. At this point I was so frustrated I left to get home and find they left my 10pc garlic wings and my corn!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
If I can give 0 stars I would! They are slow!! Need some workers. I ordered a and had to wait almost 1 hour and fries are cold as hell
