I had an awful experience at Wingstop and will not be returning. I placed a carry-out order and paid $60, only to get home and realize they missed an entire 10-piece combo and the box of extra vegetables I paid for. When I went back to the store to explain, they told me I’d have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food because there were other people ahead of me, even though I had placed my order well before anyone else.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one having issues. There were multiple people coming back to the store because their orders were messed up too. This careless mistake completely ruined family movie night with my family. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the evening, I had to drive back to the store and deal with this mess. No real apology or effort to make it right. Horrible service and lack of attention to detail. I don’t recommend this location at all.
WHAT IS THIS???
$18 for 10 all flat wings, and my pinky finger is bigger. I'm so disappointed. At least if you know the batch of wings are small, either give a discount or add 1 or 2 pieces extra to the order. This is unacceptable!! I should have suspected something when I saw my wings in a small sandwich box.
11/12/2024: No resolution! Just a hope to bring back my business in the future to be disappointed again with extra small chicken pieces.

The Wingstop on Winchester Rd in Memphis is hands down the WORST place I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and more focused on playing around than doing their jobs. They make you feel like you’re a burden just for asking them to correct THEIR mistakes.
The quality of the food is just as bad—orders are consistently wrong, wings are cold, and fries are soggy. It’s clear there’s no pride or effort being put into what they serve.
When you try to address an issue, the staff gives you an attitude instead of fixing the problem. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Something needs to be done immediately because this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
Baby I see why they got 2.9 stars they wrong for these suppose to be Louisiana Voodoo fries… hand cut my butt!! Y’all must tried to make steak fries then they under cooked!!!…
I would give a 0/10 if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience on 11/17 and even reached out on 11/18 with the expectation of a response by now.. but what did I get? NOTHING! just like the lackluster service and disappointing food. I provided photos of what was received and explained in detail the issues I had. I received bad customer service upon calling and nothing at all from submitting a complaint on the website. This is my second bad encounter with this particular wing stop and it has ruined wing stop as a whole for me DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED
I ordered my food online and it told me my food will be ready at 3.40 pm didn’t get my food until 4.20 pm keep in mind I ordered at 3.03 pm and they still gave me a messed up order that was mixed with someone else’s order. I had the worst experience at this location workers nun but rude as ash…!
My lunch visit on December 27th @ 12:13 give me hope back in Wingstop. It was three people crew this day. The manager, a young man ( he cooked this to perfection), and the sweet young cashier. Basically, they need to go around teach everyone how to run their location and prepare the food. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I pray when I go this week the standards are the same.
I had a order set to be delivered at 8. An hour later still no food and nobody even bothered to pick it up and deliver it to me. Why offer delivery if you not gonna deliver the food
